And as you know ki only amplify things so he started lifting things as well. It's like the saying goes the heavier you lift the stronger you get.

(A/N: Also guys I have this theory since ikari is like a form of the great ape in human form it should be possible for super saiyan four to be turned into a base form increasing his power even more since it's a more controlled form of the great ape and adding super Saiyan to it. So super saiyan four can be used as a base form. Also my Theory for perfect super saiyan four is combining the super Saiyan and super saiyan four like goku did with super Saiyan and super Saiyan god. So comment to think if this is possible or not.)
