"Because Zeno held a tournament to see who would have a heart enough to wish using the super dragon balls."

So this story takes place after dark crisis and Superman war world. so he won't be in Lazarus planet which I think is stupid from having event after event but this is what the current justice league was. And guess what ever happened to Johnthan Kent why he's upset. I will give you a hint Tom Taylor had the chance to make things right but only made it worse.
