Julius stopped his training for a second to look at his status again.
After three conscious years in this world he was finally able to come close to the ten in magic power. After he tested it a bit he found out his first guess was indeed right, every year a young wizard would get one more magic power and his achievement in his first day was also indeed only caused by the fact that it was his first time doing that.

The Greengrass family's bloodline originally created wizards with strong physical abilities but (unknown) placed a curse on it, therefore limiting the physical capabilities of its descendants extremely. In some cases the curse affects descendants of this bloodline enough to even make them extremely weak to the point where early deaths are expected and any physically straining activities can lead to a seizure further worsening the overall condition of the affected while. The curse feeds itself of the mana of the host and therefore slightly reduces his mana regeneration and grow of the already existing amount.
Black (diluted)
The Black family's bloodline provides in its diluted form only a moderately big boost on the ability to learn any of the dark arts. The predisposition for a madness developed over generations of incest is completely cancelled by the dilution coupled with a met requirement of mana.

'I think I will just leave it at that for now and continue with the physical part of my training until I have to go to breakfast and continue in the evening.'
After the results of his magical training had lowered more and more Julius decided to do something about his weak constitution and ironically till now didn't actually improve his constitution stat even just the slightest bit.
Instead he got a point for strength and one for agility while also discovering those had been two points in both if the curse wasn't there and also he somehow got a point in the "normal" amount for constitution despite not getting any in his actual constitution.
But the most important was his magical progress, there he discovered two things:
Firstly, the growth one point in magic stood for would grow the higher the overall amount was.
Secondly, on his seventh birthday his magic suddenly got far easier to manipulate. Allowing him to speed up his training and also most importantly showing his first accidental magic when he fell out of his bed sleeping and woke up floating in the air.
Though he hadn't been able to use magic intently for now.
After breakfast with most of the family, while Daphne was allowed to eat with them now his new little sister Astoria was also just one year old and therefore in his father's opinion not fit to eat at the same table with him, Julius had a short time to improve his detection layers on his occlumency which he, as usual, used to talk with George.
"Welcome back young master I believe it should be the time to carry out the plan regarding your father?"
"Yes George you would be right about that. The Mirror Network was was even more successful than I'd have thought, it should be possible for me to officially become the heir of the Abraxus family and with your support as the founder of Theia there should be no one to dare and go against it."
After obtaining the money from his investment Julius had created Theia, a company which produces Mirrors, practically a copy of smartphones but in the form a of a handy little mirror, and also created the Mirror Network which is practically the magic equivalent to the internet, just that every function of it is controlled by Theia itself.
"Bye George, I look forward to meeting you in person soon."
"So do I young master. So do I."
Leaving his mind Julius was already thinking about how he would survive his classes in etiquette and history of magic he would have to attend now.
Though at least he at least didn't need an occlumency teacher now it was still a very tightly packed schedule he had every day, which was at least party to blame for his slow progress in magic but now everything should change.
This evening Julius was again sitting on his bed concentrating on his magic.
He could feel it, he could feel how the last bit of magic in his body was only a slight bit away from the lump of magic power he formed in his belly.
Then it all connected and everything went black.
When Julius next opened his eyes he was greeted by his dark room; there was no light coming in from the windows and he hadn't moved from the position he was in before though more slumped together.

'Yes! Finally I got over the first threshold, I wonder what changed?'
Excited Julius immediately started trying to search for his magic which was surprisingly easy, but what he saw shocked him.
'Is that, a magic core? Am I in some kind of cultivation novel or what? Shouldn't magic work, like I don't know, different?'
Casting his doubts away Julius tried to manipulate magic power again as he could feel a much greater quantity of it than before in his core and surprisingly he was not only able to manipulate it inside his body, but also to make it leave his body, though it dissipated after he lost control of it due to his excitement.
Immediately he tried levitation again for the first time since three years ago as he didn't want to risk pulling his magic away from his belly and as such prolonging his work any further.
Soon anyone watching could have seen a boy, not even eleven years old yet, use magic, wandless magic at that, to levitate a pen. Something first years at Hogwarts struggled to do even while using a wand.
For the first time since his arrival in this world Julius was actually happy with his magic prowess.
Though a little voice in the back of his mind kept demanding for more, but in his happiness Julius didn't notice until he was finally able to sleep after a few rays of the sun already came through the window and the voice went silent, at least for now.
