I texted a bunch of friends who wanted to hang out in the woods but it seemed like I actually had no friends until Bobby, the tomboy offered to invite me over to her place. She was always active in following Chats in the school we chat group.
[Pizza and a bottle of champagne]
I pinged her back and she sent me yummy emojis. I guessed, it was time to change into a my usual wear and sneak out through my window. But before anything else, I had to find my toys and cover them with the quilt so that mom wouldn't be suspicious of anything.
I slipped into a trunk top and a pair of butty shorts not forgetting my new snickers. I then carried my bag and jumped down through the window. I ran to the parking lane and got to the road without looking back. If Teagan sneaked out late in the night then I wasn't an exception at all. She was three years ahead of me but that didn't mean she was the good guy having her way whenever she wanted. Mom didn't even know her dearest daughter used hard drugs. I was contemplating whether to take a short route to Bobby's house when a motorbike stopped in front of me.
"Going somewhere kiddo?" The guy in a black helmet asked me.
"Seriously, why do everyone keeps on calling me kiddo? That sucks! F*ck off buddy!"
I had zero interest in whoever that was.
"C'mon man, get lost!" I shrilled when he made no plans of leaving not until he removed his helmet, that I knew who it was.
"Hey kiddo, you shouldn't be alone at this time of the night." He parked his bike and approached me. Whoa! I was having butterflies in my stomach... he was damn hot.
"You again? Are you stalking me?"
"No, I live on that block and I don't stalk high school nerds." He pursed his lips seductively.
"Really now? From kiddo, to lost puppy and to a nerd...sounds creepy." I knitted my brows irritatingly.
"You're still a teenager, right? Sixteen?"
"A bit of correction, I'm turning eighteen in two months time." I rolled my eyes at him.
"So I'm six years older, wow." He chuckled.
"That's not funny. I've never seen you around though."
"I'm in college in the city and I rarely come back home to my folks, they live here. I have my own place and if you like, I can take you there." He winked at me stating the obvious. I know guys like him, had numerous girlfriends in campus. My cell phone suddenly pinged...a message from Bobby.
[My parents are home... let's hang out some other time]
"Shit!" I hissed.
"What! You got dumped?" He let out a silly laughter.
"No! I was going over a friend's place but not anymore. Her parents are home and I don't know what to do with this Pizza."
"Why don't we go somewhere and have a little fun?" He suggested.
"Whoa! That was a fast one but I'm sorry dude. I'll have to go back to bed." I turned down his offer.
"It'll be quick, I promise. I'm not into you if that's what you think."
"Yeah I know, I get it. I'm one of those high school nerds so you don't have to repeat it." I shook my in disbelief.
"No offense, I was just kidding. You're beautiful and smart to be out here and all alone." He commented.
"Doesn't sit well with me. Who knows your girlfriend maybe lurking in the bushes ready to ambush me."
"I don't do girlfriends. In college I'm quite popular and I just screw damsels who throw themselves at me. Not my fault for having good looks. Commitment is the last thing I wanna do." He explained.
"So you just allow random girls to call you baby, Hun, darling....the list is so long." I sighed softly.
"Well, I don't mind you calling me one of those sweet names." He nudged closer and his mint breath lingered in the air.
"I'm a minor okay? I don't fool around with fuck boys."
"Oh really? It's going to rain soon, would you mind if I take you a place no one can find us, just the two of us." It was almost like a whisper that sent wild tremors down my spine. "Let yourself loose for tonight only, you'll never get such an opportunity again in your entire life. Hashtag, YOLO!"
"Jeez! Don't come closer, you're freaking me out..."
"Why? Don't you like it? Don't you wanna feel it?"
"Feel what exactly?" I irked my brows trying to add some math.
"Us. Mingling in each other's arms, totally naked, ravishing each other like there's no tomorrow for any of us." I closed my eyes trying to brush away all my dirty thoughts and he was greatly mistakened when I felt his hand on my bare waist.
'Stop! I-I don't even know your..."
"Shh! That doesn't matter." He trailed his thumb over my lips and I shuddered. There was this sudden electric emotion and my stomach churned with so much need.
"No! I think you're..."
"I'm not mistaken Kiddo, my dick is throbbing for you. Just move your hands down and touch it then you'll know the intensity of my words." He heaved.
"I'm sorry, I don't know you and I don't even know the stupid name they call you..."
"The stupid name is Atlas, never forget that." He then sucked the thumb finger he had used to shut me up.
"Atlas, the pizza is all yours. Goodnight!" I hissed and scampered back to my window and climbing up, I saw a figure on my bed.
"Mom!" I exclaimed.
"For how long has this been going on? Who's the guy you've been opening your legs to? Who is he!"
"I'm not seeing any guy okay? You've no right to pry on my private life mom! Wherever I go and whatever I do is none of your damn business! Get the hell out of my room! Now!" I yelled at her.
"You're grounded young lady!" She said and stormed out of my room.
"I will get out b*tch!" I shouted after her.

Another boring morning, taking a cab to school when Dad's garage had expensive cars to steer on. Sometimes I wonder why mom struggled to fend for us when Dad could provide everything for us. I don't know if she was the one literally driving him away or him, wanting nothing to do with us.
A loner I was. Walking down the hallway to my locker and everyone couldn't help but stare at me with those gecko eyes like 'Daddy is a crooked man and mommy is a b*tch'. I had to step really hard to make it to my locker.
"Hey Bobby." I spotted Bobby with some guys slouching on a bench.
"Hey Adora, come hang out with us." She invited me over and I gladly accepted to join her gang.
"What's up genius." One black guy greeted me.
"I'm cool." I raised my thumb.
"She sure understands how we keep the game going." Avi, the Albino guy acknowledged.
"Bonfire adventure in my backyard tonight." The last one, a girl with pink strands of hair said. "Adora you should come too."
"Yeah." I nodded. I felt happy for once. They didn't judge me for who I was or where I did come from. We were chatting happily when Jillian walked to her locker without even caring to greet us.
"She's your best friend, right?" Bobby asked.
"Yeah she was. That was before her mother warned her to stop hanging out with me. You know that I don't have to say the rest." I explained to them.
"We all come from shitty families, right guys?" The Albino guy asked.
"Yap." We nodded.
"If she didn't stick around enough to know how it feels like, then she was never your friend." Bobby said.
"Drop her already." The black guy, Jesse concurred with Bobby and the rest of us laughed. Jillian must have heard everything for her to walk away.
"It's her loss." Macy, the pink lady said.
"I have you guys. It's better than enough, you know. Thanks for not judging me or anything." I appreciated the fact that I got people who had my back big time. Soon, the bell rang and we all walked down the hallway to attend our first class.
