Under his heated gaze Night suddenly felt uncomfortable, she was not feeling anything and until recently she had been helping him with his body when he was unconscious but now she started feeling nervous.
" You.....turn around" Night said with weak voice and Gold obeyed he turn around and Night removed his shirt and throw it on the dirty clothes bin.
Looking at his manly bare back Night noticed he was very strong and musculine.
Not getting drown into such thoughts she proceeded with her job not particularly staring she helped him settle in shallow filled bathtub and started cleaning his body with spongy cleaning cloth..
After careful washing his upper body and avoiding his wounded stomach she proceeded to lower part,
All the time Gold kept looking at her but she seem to avoid eye contact with him as there was something with the way he was looking at her that she couldn't withstand and made her feel a bit weak.
She didn't know cleaning his body could be this difficult but it was just okay when she did it last few days.
In fact they had already seen each other and she wasn't the shy type then what was wrong with her.
While lost in thought just then she heard him groan and quickly looked at him to see what happened.
" Are you hurt?" Night asked with concern looking at his plastered stomach and his painful expression.
But Gold didn't answer her he seem to gritt his teeth not to make any sound of his torture.
Tracing his stomach where he was wounded Night didn't know what to do so she turn to look at him.
And she froze after realizing the kind of expression he had on his face, he was looking at her with needy eyes and she was so familiar with it.
Only then she realized what really happened and almost curse herself for being too naive about such things, and she was washing him while forgetting something important now realized the reaction he had was due to her touch.
He was just wounded not dead he could feel it well and his body responded the way it should.
" You!" Night wanted to say something but couldn't get anything out from her mouth as his gaze was making her feel uncomfortable and somehow weak, she was dazed.
Using his chance Gold moved his wet hand and touched Night's pretty face then started caressing her cheek gently his thumb moved to trace her lips gently while he continued looking at her.
Night felt helpless and didn't know what was happening to her that she let him do that.
How he wished to have her lips on his again, thinking about the intimate moment they shared together he gulped and moved closer to at least take a test... just a little.
Night surprising closed her eyes when she felt him getting closer to her as if too she wanted it.
But she was a bit far from him a little more move and he hurt his wound which was yet to heal.
A little hiss from him and she woke up from the compulsion.
" The water is getting cold!" Night said awkwardly and quickly helped him finish his bath this time she went back not wanting to look at him.
And Gold could only sigh as his desire was yet to be fulfilled.
After the bath Night helped him wear his clothes and Gold no longer made any fuss about her decision to help him he just let her do as she liked.
" You should rest" Night said sternly and Gold noticed that something was not okay.
Is she mad after what almost happened in the bathroom?, Gold thought inwardly
before stopping her from leaving.
" Will you leave after I get better?" Gold couldn't help but voice out his concern though he was not ready to hear a negative reply from her he still couldn't help but ask.
" I will be outside!" Night said instead not answering his question and he could only sigh.
But at least she didn't give him a negative reply or quickly say that she would leave.
Maybe there was still hope for him just maybe there was a tiny chance to save their marriage and however small the chance was he was holding onto it and place his hope.
