"Hah?" Inna backed away slowly.
"Don't worry, I'm only kidding. My name is One you can call me One, I'm one of the 10 librarians." One looks like a 9-year-old child with squirrel ears and a tail adding to her cuteness.
One approached Inna and checked her head, One asked Inna to make a library card so that while in the library without a library permit card, Seven would be very angry.
Inna explained that she and her friends were new students so they hadn't had the chance to make one yet.
With a big smile underneath, One asked Inna and her friends to follow her so they wouldn't run into Seven.
Inna rushed to her friend's place and when she got there she only met Alvin who was carrying textbooks.
"Where's the other Inna? I asked you to stay here until I come back," Alvin asked.
"Earlier I checked the strange sound on the next shelf but when I came back they weren't there, only you were here," explained Inna.
"Maybe they were swallowed by Six." One suddenly appeared beside Inna.
One suggested that the two of them go to a library permit card printing place so they could be free while in the library.
"Don't worry, Six won't hurt them I promise. Follow me!"
The two of them followed One with slightly uneasy faces. Alvin put down his books and went after them.
The library is very luxurious.
The floor also has a pattern of roses, of course, gold in color, and very beautiful carvings such as grass creeping on the pillars of the library.
"Wow, if my house was like this I would have sold it," said Alvin amazed.
"Well, you're right, chief." Inna was also amazed.
One could only shake her head when they were both amazed by the beauty of the library.
Not long after, they arrived at the reception desk where it looked like no one was looking after it but there was a sign...
'Something beautiful must have something that is not beautiful behind it' Alvin looked around then it seemed that something was moving behind one of the bookshelves.
One asked them to go to the printing room without her accompanying her because she had to stand guard at the reception desk.
One gave the map to both of them. Although very hesitant, they both decide to go so they can help their friends.
Armed with only their maps and magic staffs—they headed west from where they were standing.
There appeared to be a giant shelf blocking a staircase leading to the upper floor.
"The size is unbelievable, this shelf is too big to be moved. We have to find another way or use magic," Alvin suggested.
"Maybe it's better to use magic but somehow the atmosphere is getting weirder," said Inna while observing the surroundings.
Alvin used a spell to move items on the large shelf but when the shelf was about to lift the lights in the entire library went out.
Alvin then canceled the spell and heard the sound of jingle bells and someone running.
Inna used light magic to make the surroundings bright enough but something appeared, namely large flowers of the rose type staring at Inna.
"Fire!" Alvin burns the flowers then they both run away from there.
"To the reception desk maybe One has a solution." Inna let out a bright light from her wand and so did Alvin.
They are then intercepted by Alvin's giant root turning the root into a tiny green frog.
"But it seems like it'll be difficult plus we can't cast magic all the time." Alvin was getting tired and then the light on his wand started to dim.
Inna stopped and then attacked the flowers that were chasing them with sickle-shaped but very sharp wind magic.
However, the number of flowers did not decrease by the least. Inna was also getting tired and just as the flowers were about to attack them a stone wall appeared to protect them both.
"Poppy," said Inna and Alvin.
"This way," Poppy pointed.
They followed Poppy and then they entered an open room. Once inside, Poppy closed the door and held it down with a magic stone to make a rock.
The three of them immediately sat down and stopped the light spell that was on their wands. Poppy lit a candle in the room.
Alvin asked about what happened to the library while he was taking textbooks to Poppy and what happened to the other friends.
"When there was a sound on the bookshelf next to Inna going to check, actually we also wanted to check but suddenly behind us, there was a one-eyed black shadow that immediately caught us.
When I realized I was in this room and the library was pitch black, it seemed that something was wrong with this library," said Poppy.
They stared at each other and suddenly the air temperature around them turned cold. From the direction of the door, something white flew, the three of them immediately panicked and then pointed their magic wand at the white something.
And when she approached it was Silya with a crying face. Silya immediately hugged Poppy and cried loudly.
Silya said that she saw the creature that had kidnapped her on the 2nd floor then ran to this room then cried and accidentally fell asleep.
"This is my responsibility as the team leader, I will go myself to the second floor." Alvin felt guilty.
"Oh yeah, Cain and Rec weren't you with them earlier?" she asked.
"I told them to go back first because there were books with different materials so I checked them out."
"They... haven't come back yet," said Poppy.
"Our friends, we have to help him! I'm with Alvin." Inna stood followed by Poppy and Silya.
Alvin smiled with relief, they determined their route first even though it was dark the flowers could see them.
Silya gave them a compass, and when Silya went down to the 1st floor, she accidentally found it. When she checked the compass, there was a picture of a black rose.
The compass indicated the location of the black rose, with a hint of hope they nodded and prepared to go save their friends.
"Use the magic we've learned against them! We can't leave them before the full moon team arrives we have to be able to save our friends!"
"Let's fight tooth and nail to the last drop of blood."
"I'm scared, but I'll fight with all my might."
"Alright, everyone let's go!"
They opened the door which was held in place by a rock. With serious faces, they ventured to save their friends.
