The Broker stood up slowly, a sinister smile creeping across his face. "Seems like you want revenge, so come and get it." he said.
At the same time, the Broker kicked the edge of the table, sending it sliding towards Daemon with alarming speed. Daemon reacted swiftly, kicking off the ground and leaping over it. As he soared through the air, his other leg shot forward in a powerful kick aimed at the Broker head.
However, the Broker caught Daemon's foot mid-air, thinking quickly, Daemon used the momentum to his advantage, spinning and delivering two rapid kicks to the Broker's face, however the Broker just had a smirk on his face that Daemon didn't see so the Broker seizing the opportunity, he spun Daemon feet, hurling him towards the office wall. Daemon managed to twist in mid-air, landing on his feet just before hitting the wall.
'With such a huge body, he should be slow but strong. However my kicks didn't even make him flinch or draw blood,' Daemon thought, assessing the broker body.
So, Daemon decided to use his environment to his advantage, by grabbing a chair beside him, he hurled it at the Broker, who was slowly advancing towards him. "Is that all you got? You're going to need more than that to kill me," the Broker taunted.
As the the Broker's slapped the chair away from his head, he didn't pay attention to his the taunt by focusing on crouching low, eyes locked on the Broker, who he circled around swiftly and threw a thunderous jab aimed at the Broker's side when his jab landed, the Broker didn't even flinch, so Daemon swung again he the impact reverberating painfully up his arm, he felt like his fist met a resistance like striking at steel.
Before Daemon could try another attack, the Broker countered with a jab aimed at Daemon, who ducked swiftly at the same time instantly grabbing a fallen lamp from the ground, he sent the lamp crashing towards the Broker, who easily sidestepped it and retaliated with a semi-fast hook, missing Daemon's face by mere inches.
'Why did he move this time?' Daemon thought, confusion flashing in his eyes.
The Broker's grin widened. "You think you can outsmart me?" he sneered.
Daemon clenched his jaw, letting out a slight roar as he sidestepped, narrowly avoiding the Broker's fist, his punch crashed into the cubicle wall behind him, sending papers flying everywhere, seizing the moment, Daemon quickly countered with three rapid jabs to the Broker's ribs, each impact reverberated through the room but more in Daemon's arm, making it feel like his muscles were on the verge of breaking, but his body was twice as strong as that of a peak human so he managed to withstand it.
The Broker grunted but swung again, this time aiming lower, Daemon leaped back, the broker was agile despite his size, so by narrowly avoiding the crushing grip, Daemon circled, searching for an opening as the Broker advanced, each step deliberate but slow.
"You're a slippery bastard," the Broker said.
Daemon smirked, a glint of determination in his eyes, he feinted left, drawing the Broker's attention, then darted right, closing the distance in a flash, he delivered a series of rapid blows jab, cross, uppercut each strike precise, strong enough to destroy the bones of a normal human but barely affecting the Broker.
'Is he even getting hurt by me? I'm the one getting hurt that my fist is already bloodied,' Daemon thought.
Finally deciding to try a different part of the broker body, he aimed a sweeping kick at the Broker's knee, his kick landed with precision, but the Broker's durability seemed formidable than he thought.. With the broker absorbing the impact then he swung back with a powerful haymaker, Daemon leaned back, the rush of air brushing his face as the fist whizzed past.
Seeing an opportunity as the Broker was off balance, Daemon circled behind him, wrapped his arms around his waist, and tried to lift him for a suplex. However, after the second try he realized that the Broker was extraordinarily heavy, more so than Daemon expected, that he was shocked, he had realized before that his strength enough to lift a vehicle however the Broker felt even heavier, While Daemon was distracted by his thoughts, the Broker reached around, easily grabbing Daemon and lifting him into the air.
"Keep trying. I can go on for days. Let's see how long you can last," the Broker said.
As the Broker finished speaking, he slammed Daemon into the ground with a tremendous force, the impact breaking the floor beneath him, daemon coughed out a mouthful of blood, struggling to roll out of the way as he saw the Broker's feet coming down. The Broker began stomping on him repeatedly.
"You dare betray me?" the Broker said, his voice filled with anger.
"You dare break in here?" he continued, his foot slamming down again.
Raising his foot higher, the Broker roared, "You dare try to kill me?" and brought his foot down with all his might.
The Broker's foot slammed down, at the same time Daemon managed to roll out of the way, avoiding what could have been a fatal blow, crouched heaving breathing holding his chest he coughed out a large mouthful of blood.
'Shit... Why is his body so strong? Is he even human?' Daemon thought.
He didn't have time to check the broker stats or catch his breath as the Broker approached, a menacing grin on his face. "Come back here, let me squash you like a bug."
Bloodied but undeterred, Daemon scrambled to his feet, eyes scanning for a weapon, that caused him to seized a stapler from a nearby desk and smashed it into the Broker's incoming fist. The stapler crumpled upon impact, even failing to pierce the Broker's skin or draw blood.
At the same time he didn't study Daemon pointless attacks by launching a barrage of punches, despite gasping heavily, Daemon weaved and dodged, at the same time his eyes was scanning the room spotting a letter opener on the desk, he seized it and slashed at the Broker's arm. Once again, there was no cut, no blood nothing.
'What am I supposed to do?' Daemon thought frantically.
While thinking with a sudden burst of adrenaline, he leapt onto a desk, springboarding off it with a flying kick, his foot connected with the Broker's chest with a resounding thud, that even the office trembled from the force of the impact, but the Broker simply pushed his chest forward, sending Daemon reeling back.
When Daemon landed, he saw the Broker already in front of him, desperately he grabbed a nearby chair and used it as a shield, the Broker's punches hammered against the chair, each blow shaking Daemon's grip, with a grunt Daemon swung the chair at the Broker's legs, momentarily toppling him. However, the Broker easily recovered, grabbing Daemon by the neck and hurling him into a glass wall. The impact shattered the glass, the sound echoing through the office.
