He was a very attractive man. He was wearing, what looked like, a very expensive tailor-made suit. It was dark grey, while he was wearing a black shirt and grey tie, he looked hot! Sophia though- 'Thought he looks handsome, I'm not attracted to him but he gives me a really comfortable feeling like the one Marc gives me.' That thought didn't stay in her mind for long.
A question though popped up in some people's minds as they were waiting in line or standing outside the club, 'Who would wear a suit to a night club?' Which was a genuinely good question! This man walked out from the club and headed in their group's direction, like he was walking to a business meeting.
'Why is he walking this way?'- Thought Sophia and some of her group. "Marc, you decided to show your face huh?"- The attractive man stated when he finally reached their group. They all turned to look at Marc, who had a wide grin on his face. 'Huh, so he knows this Handsome stranger.'- Sophia thought.
"Why wouldn't I show my face? I told you I was bringing some friends to enjoy a night out, so don't act like you weren't told." He rolled his eyes when he said that. It made Sophia and the girls smile when they noticed his behaviour. "Yea, yea. You say that, but last time you cancelled at the last minute, so why would I believe you this time, do you know how much V.I.P tickets cost? I lost money because of you!"- The attractive stranger said, talking to Marc like they've known each other for years.
When Marc heard his complaint, he raised his hands up and proceeded to apologise, he couldn't say the reason why he had to cancel out loud, but the stranger knew what the reason was, so he ended that discussion there. He then turned to the rest of the group who had been watching them, waiting for them to finish their conversation. His eyes rested on a particular person. Marc realised that he hadn't done the introductions yet, so he turned to the group as well.
"This is my best friend Jason Peterson, he's the manager of the club. I asked him to tell the bouncers to let us in when we arrived but I kinda... got distracted, so I forgot to mention it to you guys.
"I sent him a message when we arrived."- Marc told the group, which to be fair, gave them great relief. That would have been Hella embarrassing, imagine if they got out of the nine-seater van in style, then had to proceed to walk to the back of the line! Cringe worthy embarrassment!
"Hey, Mr Peterson, it awesome to meet you."- Sammy said, as he held out is hand for a handshake. "You didn't have to come outside for us, but thanks anyway." Sammy said with a bit of hesitation as he had no clue why the manager of the club would come outside to greet them, even if he's friends with Marc. He could have just asked the bouncers to let them in, like what Marc said.
"It's not a problem, I've known Marc for a long time, almost like we're brothers, I had to make sure it was really him"- He said with a smile as she looked at Sammy. This excuse wasn't really believable, but no one was going to mention it.
He then looked the group and when his eyes landed on Sophia, his eyes seemed to shine for a moment, which most of the group spotted, including Marc, who then elbowed his friend. They made eye contact with each other, then he invited them into the club.
It was an very odd occurrence but since they were finally getting into the club, Sophia put it to the back of her mind, maybe he as mesmerised like everyone else but something in her told her he wasn't, it was an odd feeling but again she decided to put it to the back of her mind since they were heading into the club.
Once inside the group proceeded to give their coats to the attendants in the area. They then received their receipts and continued on into the club. As they passed the long corridor towards the double silver doors, they could feel the atmosphere buzzing with excitement, and they were really looking forward to what the night held for them.
As the doors were opened a deafening noise of music and cheering greeted their ears and the group was bouncing with energy, Marc turned towards everyone and said loudly "Lets head to the V.I.P section, which is upstairs first, then we can get drinks?"
"Yeah, Ok let go!" Sammy replied. Sophia while looking around the club, observed her surroundings, she was awed by the décor which was stylish and modern. The colours were gold, red, black with some tinges of silver, the dance floor was packed with people, who were defiantly dressed to impress. Women wearing sexy stylish outfits.
Men wearing smart casual outfits, like the dress code suggested. There were podiums that had dancers on it and when she looked up, she saw the strobe lights and what looked like glittery stars on the very high celling. The downstairs bar was to her left and the dance floor was on her right. The V.I.P section was on the second floor which over-looked the entire ground floor.
