Chapter 8 - Chapter 7

John's POV

It was a day off and I was pulled into a small bar by my brother Robert and his girlfriend Lydia.

"I wonder what have I ever do to you both?" I looked at them both weirdly.

"You won't be a rookie in these two days and of course, it's worth the celebration!"

Lydia says with Robert nodding his head in agreement. "Mama won't scold us for coming here right?" I asked them both.

"We're already going 20 soon. Build your balls bruh" Robert tells me. "So far you only drink what Mama drinks" He then continues before getting a bartender over.

"Yes you future doctor!"

The bartender soon comes over entertaining us three. He looks older than us three, about a size bigger than my own father, and from the necklace he has, he is an army vet I supposed.

'He seems to know Rob and Lils as well' I think to myself looking at the bartender whose a plump men with a thick River Rat accent.

"Chucky, this is my twin brother John I've been telling you." Robert soon introduced me to the bartender.

"Nice to meet ya, big boy" Chucky greets me with the hospitality like no other. "Nice to meet you." I returned Chucky the handshake.

"Need me to get you anything?" Chucky soon turns to Robert asking.

"3 glasses of your special gin whiskey, one with less whiskey, while the usual two with more whiskey as always." Lydia tells him and as Chucky gets the order going, I looked at them both in shock.

"Special gin. Never heard of it" I said shocked by the order. "The whiskey with gin special here is like a chef's kiss." Lydia tells me as Robert puts his hand around her.

"You will sure be wanting more the moment you had it." Robert adds on. "I hope you're right about that…" I replied back to Robert as Chucky soon brings us over 3 huge dispensable tins.

"The yellow cap is less gin, while of course you two, the usual pink and blue ones." Chucky tells us leaving and I just look at the dispensable tin horrified before looking at my twin and his girlfriend.

"Now I know why you guys aren't around during the weekends."

I softly said to Robert both though still horrified.

"Oh well if Papa can smoke himself to the sanctuary, a fun drink here won't hurt." Robert says with a cheeky smile before he gets his drink and so did Lydia.

I also just took a small sip with the cup Chucky given us from the one Robert ordered for me.

It was okay but seems to be lacking something. Not like the usual mild whiskey Mama and I will have together.

"Cheers!"

Robert and Lydia toasted each other before giving me the toast too. I did so too before we are just drinking away for the night.

-2 Hours Later-

I didn't drink much so I wasn't as drunk as Robert and Lydia. My mother soon calls and I quickly went out answering.

"Where are you guys? I just got Lulu and Letti from their shopping." She then asks me.

I was a little scared considering she hasn't seen how drunk Robert and Lydia are just yet.

"Come on John. You know the pause is not what I like."

Mama tells me and I can't help taking a deep breath. "We're at Sutter Chuck Club. Can you drive over here please?" I then said yawning from the alcohol I had.

"Sutter Chuck? Okay! I will be there in 20!"

Mama says and the call soon ends. I came back and I just rest on the couch next to Rob whose laying on top of Lydia.

Letizia's POV

"Sutter Chuck? Okay! I will be there in 20!"

I said in disbelief to my son John and ended the call.

"Sutter Chuck Club should be near the Sutter Medical Center." My daughter Letti points out as she is reading the map with her twin Lulu.

"Of ALL places Rob and Lils can take John, they take him to a CLUB!"

I facepalmed trying to find a way to the place my other son Robert is doing his medical internship in.

"Wait till Rob does residency, Mama. There be more next level stuff coming up"

Lulu chuckles to me and I can't help glaring at her not impressed so she will mind her mouth.

"I thought having a smoker of your Papa is bad enough in the family, hopefully Rob doesn't become the family's alcoholic."

I said as I drove near the traffic of the hospital. "Letti, found the place?" I soon asked my older daughter.

"Yeah it's just at the back."

Letti says and I immediately went behind to find theres the Sutter Chuck behind the hospital.

I quickly find the nearest spot to park the car to avoid a fine before running into the club cause my girls aren't drinkers.

I find my older son John sleeping on the club couch, red like a tomato while my younger son Robert is laying on top of his girlfriend Lydia. All of them are as drunk as the sun has set.

"Good gracious me"

I softly said looking at the scene in front of me before the bartender who looks older yet bigger than my husband comes over.

"May I help you Mam?"

He soon asks me with a thick Southern accent. "Can I see the order they three made? I will pay for the bill." I said to the bartender. "You are?" He soon asks me.

"I'm here to kindly collect my sons and my son's girl up."

I kindly explained to the bartender before pointing to John, Robert and Lydia while pulling my name card out, giving it to him.

"Oh! Madam Rhineburg from the FBI! Nice to meet you."

He immediately accepts the card and gives me the handshake when he saw it. "Please to meet you, me name is Charles Hayden. I'm mostly called Chucky. Bartender and owner of Sutter Chuck. Please to meet you." He introduced himself.

"River Rat?"

I asked him because his accent reminds me of people from the Memphis having that sort of accent.

"Yeah. Born a river rat, making an honest living off the bar." Chucky says with a chuckle.

'Natasha Hayden is also a River Rat. I definitely have to be dreaming.'

I then remember about the victim of the case I'm working on. "Nice. Will talk to you another day cause I have to take those three back." I said to Chucky.

"Of course." He says before he gets his staff to help with my boys while I take Lydia. My daughters of course aren't impressed by the smell when we put them at the back of the car.

"Oh my! They smell like they're from hell."

Letti hugs Lulu with one hand while pinching her nose with another because of how her older brothers smell.

"That's the smell of alcohol, HELL~"

I kindly tell them both before getting into my seat, thanking Chucky and his staff before driving ALL THESE children from hell back to have them clean and getting some good sleep.
