"You really don't eat? "
Sora shaked her head.
"Are you a ghost or something?! Woah! I didn't know I had such abilities to see a ghost. "
"Dunno " She shrugged.
"Don't be offended but I mean, you wear a white dress "
"Do ghosts wear that? "
"Yeah! "
"Ouh, Sora didn't know. Sora has been wearing this dress for a year now. " Sora stated.
"Are you for real now... "
"Yupp! " Sora cheered.
"You don't smell stinky, that's weird. So, you haven't bath for a year too?"
"Kinda? I sometimes do, twice a month in the garden's pond. "
"...That's just too uncivilized " Ciel spoke
Sora just blinked at him.
The following next day,
Of course, he decided to spoil Sora.
He brought lots, LOTS of Goodies.
A Sky floral dress, peach cardigan, classy baggy black jeans, cute bunny socks, pink mini skirt, black shorts, hair clips and much more.
Damn, he's richer than my existence.
Sora just stared at these, dumbstruck.
"But! Before you wear these. Go take a bath in my bathroom. "
"Eh? But the bathroom is stinky! "
"No, not that. MY bathroom. "

Turns out it was his private bathroom.
"My nanny will not be around for today so it should be safe. " Ciel stated.
"Does your nanny hate Sora? "
"Wha- no! She doesn't even know you. "
"Then why should we hide from your nanny? " Sora looked down.
"Oh that- it's just because she will think that I have a girlfriend and tell my parents about it and it could lead to, me transferring from this hospital to another. " Ciel explained.
"Ouh no... but, isn't Sora your girlfriend?"
Blood rushed to Ciel's cheeks as he turned red, blushing. There was a silent moment that continued for a while before Ciel broke it.
"Wha-! H-How am I supposed to explain now... maybe you're kinda my girlfriend?" Ciel looked away.
"Yay! "
Ciel sighed and picked up a shampoo bottle.
"I think, strawberry would suit you. "
He passed it to her.
"Use this to shampoo your hair. " he said.
After that, he left Sora in the gigantic bathroom alone with her clothes hanging on the hanger.

Ciel was doing math, when Sora slammed the door open,
"CIEL! CIEL! LOOK! " She twirled her floral dress in excitement.
"It's so pretty!" She giggled
"Yeah... yes, it is. " It was rather a dreamy yes.
"Sora feels so clean and hygiene now! Sora loved the bubbly water. " She said in her bubbly voice. Ciel laughed silently,
"I am glad you liked it. "
You can see the tiniest slightest bit of blush as he said that.
"Whatchu doingg? " She poked her head onto his math book. He laughed out, loud this time. "Pff... that's math, Sora you're acting goofy. "
"Teach it to me! "
"Sure. "
They spent the afternoon doing math and chatting with each other. It was a comforting feeling, to have a friend at a hospital. To have someone to talk to, play with, learn with, sing with, paint with, dance with, read with, stargaze with, a comforting presence.

Sora groaned, "body... it aches so much"
She weakly got off the bed and limped down the halls, "Ciel... where's Ciel... "
She walks in the never stopping halls and finally reaches his room number.
She barged in, only to see,
an empty bed. "..."
Sora glances at the halls now with not a single door and when she turns back to the room, it was gone. Gone, everything except the halls. "Where... "
She starts to panic, and tears come up overwhelming in her eyes. Sora finally stops walking, looking down on the floor, "No... " is all she says, before she sprinted across the endless halls.
"SORA!"
She jolted up, breathing heavily,
sweating drastically. Her lower lip quivered when she saw Ciel.
"Ciel... "
She hugged him firmly, tears ran down her rosy cheeks. The whole time she kept struggling to get her words out clearly as they came out as muffles but Ciel understood those muffles clearly those that were begging him to not leave her, he understood her when no other person ever can.
She squeezed her eyes shut, letting it out. After a while, she calmed down because she obviously felt tired and sleepy, "It's okay, I am here, Sora. "
"Sorry... Sora had a really bad dream. " She stated.
"It must've been a horrible one, a horrible nightmare that made Sora cry so much... " He said.
"Don't worry, you can sleep now. I will fight off those nightmares for you. "
She smiled, "Thank you.. "
