They are passing through the forest, the only place safe enough for them to travel. Asher’s need for an ally has made him blind of the fact that Leona had gathered enough forces to take him down.
That gives her an advantage, as he won’t know what’s coming.
/"Hold!,/" a soldier orders and everyone stops. /"What is it?,/" Aryan asks.
/"He is sensing something,/" Kat explains to him briefly. They hear the leaves move and out of nowhere, Mckenna appears alongside Nana. The men ready their spears yelling, /"Katsuyas!./"
/"Don’t attack!,/" Leona orders them. She then directs her attention to them, creating the biggest smile there is.
She runs up to them, sharing a hug.
/"You got our message!,/" Nana says.
/"We did,/" she says, showing the army behind her.
/"Hm, how did the northern scum come?,/" Mckenna mocks them, showing the rivalry between them.
