Leona just stands there, frozen. She tries to see what if she could change what happened moments ago she wouldn’t be in that position.
Mckenna notices how her skin is pale, the numbness on her body. She knows how Leona isn’t prepared for that and how badly this could end up. She tries to get his attention.
/"Hey, what about me? Trust me, you don’t want her. She won’t know what to do./"
His eyes are still pinned on her, without looking at the beautiful Mckenna next to him.
/"I don’t care if she doesn’t know, I know what to do/" he says with his hypnotizing voice.
He stands up, ignoring Mckenna and goes up to Leona. /"Are you gonna come or are you all gonna leave?/" he gives her that dilemma. She knows the mission is important and she can’t mess this up.
She breathes in and grabs his hand, accepting his invitation. In the end, she is still a powerful Dragon that can take him down in an instant.
