#Chapter97
LEWIS
The castle ground that was previously filled with orderly hustle of werewolves roaming around became deserted. I felt the lingering cold air on my face and lowered my eyes in slight displeasure.
/"Pardon us, Alpha Talascar. His highness the prince wants to convey that he is currently unavailable to meet you. After finishing his task, he will come over to your territory,/" an old man said.
Baleeva, one of the most trusted council of the werewolf lord, stated. I turned to look at him and squinted his eyes
The old man did not have any reaction at my stare. However, he could not hide the cold sweat that was dripping on neck.
/"Lord Talascar, we will send a word. For now, please go back,/" the old man reiterated.
I did not reply to him. Instead, I merely stared at the man who used to be the loyal right hand man of the previous werewolf lord.
