/"She only blushed and did not believe that I was really confessing,/" I softly added as I watched Lia once again drink her tea. Suddenly, she choked on her tea once again. I bit my lower lip to prevent myself from smiling while reaching up for her once again.
However, this time, I lifted her up and put her on my lap.
Lia’s friends – Maria, the loud lady, Jackie, the crazy lady, Harry, the teenager, and that scrawny boss immediately had their eyes turned wide upon my action.
