#Chapter27
I spent the next few days bundled up under my blankets in my room watching television and eating junk food. My nights were awful. My days were awful. I could not sleep, eat, or even think about anything other than Jason and everyone else in that house.
I was alone. I felt better that way. My phone remained turned off, removing me from the outside world.

I muted my television when a weird sound came from downstairs caught my attention. I jumped up and reached for my bag and pulled out my taser. I slowly inched open the door, creeping through the hallway and downstairs.
I crept downstairs and scanned the living room but there was no one.
I am losing my damn mind.
