#Chapter31
Curled up in bed, I listened to the rain drummed against my window. It’s supposed to rain all weekend and in to the next. It was putting a damper in to things.
The night was still young and here I was, stretched out under my sheets watching re-runs of cartoons.
My thoughts began trailing off to Jason, wandering back and forth from hating to wanting him.
Ugh.
The frustration was overwhelming, and I needed to get out. I picked up my phone and called Keira and Keisha, suggesting that we go out. I needed to do something. Anything.
They agreed and told me they would be by to pick me up in about an hour.
I slipped on a pair of jeans, a T-shirt, and some sneakers. After about an hour of waiting, Kiera and Keisha pulled up as promised.
/"So, where too?/" Keira asked as I hopped into the back seat.
I shrugged my shoulders, unsure of where to go. As long as I got out of the house, I did not care.
