The next week passed by quickly, Astral came by a few times to teach me about my magic. To say it had been a learning experience was an understatement. My magic had no limits and was extremely hard to control once the darkness took over. Astral had been teaching me how to regulate my breathing and how to use self-hypnosis to calm myself. The darkness was still there, I could feel it, but it didn’t taint me the way it had before. Astral thought it was because I had found my grounding place. Something to hang onto when I was slipping away.
