Stretching like a cat, I opened my eyes. The light shone through the windows making me squint at its brightness. It was morning? Had I slept the entire day and night away? /"What are you reading?/" I asked, curious as I hadn’t seen that book before. It looked different, old, and the paper was thicker than most books, it looked like old parchment. The color of the pages was stained yellow in places.
