I couldn't tell you what time it was when the movie was finally over. I was exhausted, but there was no way in hell I was going anywhere without my bodyguards. /"We need to head to bed soon, I have work in the morning./" Tobias leaned over me, staring into my eyes. Was this an order?
Tobias got to his feet heading to said bedroom. I didn't waste time following him. I didn't want to piss him off again, he'd terrorized me twice today and my heart couldn't take another dose of fear. I climbed into the bed while Tobias peeled his shirt off and climbed in next to me. His heat instantly enveloped me.
Theo turned on a small lap and grabbed another of Maria Warren's books before lying beside me. /"You're reading more?/" I blurted.
He smiled at me. /"I find your reading choices interesting. Cat boys?/" I glanced away from him but he continued his soft smile. /"Besides, vampires don't sleep./"
