Orion got here just as we were locking up, his car pulling up out the front and he hops out, looking over the roof of his car.
I pull the shutter down and put the padlock in place.
/"We are going to mums/" Ryland suddenly announces.
/"No, Thaddeus said tomorrow?/" Orion answers him and I look up at Ryland who had the biggest cheesiest grin on his face because he knew Amara found her mate and they were still unaware.
/"You can grab him on the way, just meet us at mums/"
/"Why, what's got you in a good mood?/"
/"My lips are sealed but I'm telling you it's so worth the long ass drive out there/" Ryland tells him.
/"Ooh did dad make that banana pie?/"
/"No even better, just meet us there/"
/"What's better than dad's banana pie?/" Orion asks before looking at me.
/"Spill, what's going on?/" Orion asks.
