Evelyn POV
One disaster after another. Wake up arguing with my mates, get to work Imogen was distracted. We shut too early, too much going on and Imogen I could tell was worried about her sister. I was struggling to remain focused and dropped three trays before giving up and closing the shop. Laura looked a little disappointed but we were only going to cause more damage by staying. I check the mailbox before walking through the front gate. I could see Ryland next to my car.
He stands up from doing something and as I get closer I see he was putting a new tyre on. /"You didn't need to, I would have done it/" I tell him as he tightens the nuts on it.
/"No it's fine, I am sorry about this morning/" he says looking up at me. I bend down kissing his lips, my hands running down his hard chest before I stand back up.
/"I'm sorry to/" I tell him.
Looking around I see Orion's car is gone.
/"Where is everyone?/"
