Taking the photo, Jasper scrutinized it, his attention drawn to a deep scar marring the man's left cheek. Curiosity and suspicion mingled in Jasper's mind as he pondered the man's identity and his connection to Sebastian.
"I thought he was dead at the time," Sebastian raged, baring his teeth. "But he's very much alive."
"Who is he?" Jasper inquired, placing the photo on the table. His curiosity piqued.
"A mole in my gang," Sebastian replied, his eyes narrowing and his thoughts drifting to the past. "He was once my most trusted man, but he betrayed me and joined forces with the enemy."
As Sebastian spoke, his expression turned cold and calculated. His eyes sparkled with a menacing glitter, recalling the betrayal. He remembered the day he had caught the traitor, shot him in the chest, and disfigured him, leaving him dead. But now, it seemed, the man had somehow survived and was plotting against him once again.
