As for the particular being the corpse mentioned, they looked awfully human. And I mean EARTH human. They had roasted olive colored skin, hair colored and wavy like a field of ripened wheat in Autumn.
In addition they too had wings and horns which were trademarks of their race. Lastly, the being was androgynous, as they possessed both male and female external body parts, and I wouldn't be surprised if they had a woman's reproductive organs and a vaginal canal below by their phallus and scrotum.
Whereas the creature they named Gaia after changing upon being named, appeared to be a woman. Their features matched every description the ancient Greeks had for Gaia or Mother Earth. So, it would seem, this overlord is a titan of sorts who made the titans and all other primordial Greek gods?
What's next, another one of these overlords is going to create Jehovah who will then impregnate a virgin and birthed Jesus? You know what… forget I said anything, I don't want my outlook on the religion I devotedly believed in back on Earth to be ruined… After what appeared to be pondering for a moment, the corpse continued their story.
"With the creation of many lifeforms, the overlords were pleased with their work and began to showcase the different races they made. At first, it was all good natured and harmless, but after enough time, the concept of envy was born in the hearts of a few overlords. This concept would later filter into the creatures they made, which then brought about the concepts of hatred and murder."
"This would only be the beginning of what can now be considered the concept of time. For in this universe, all concepts started with this overlord race. War began to brew among some of the overlords. For they wanted to monopolize the universe for themselves."
"These greedy overlords made a rule made a rule to justify their greed. Only those who won their wars would get to populate the universe with their creation. Other overlords simply subdued their brethren and drained them of their blood to use for creation later."
"As for that one particular overlord. They and their faction of peaceful overlords had decided to cast aside their current androgynous existences become both men and women. They then created shelters for themselves and the races they created and casted them across the cosmos in hopes of waiting out the wars and murderous waves their brethren propagated."
"You… young challenger, have enter such a refuge. I am but the male portion of my formal existence. I have no name as my creator did not bestow one unto me."
"The trials you have undergone and succeeded in are meant to ensure none of my wicked brethren find this place. Nor find this world, or any other shelter we created. Beware my evil brethren. You may know them by many names, but only one name applies. For they broke off from our overlord race called Axis. They are called Nexus and will do anything to find these shelters. Even destroy worlds to get them."
Well… Shiii!! This guy's enemy brought me here. This also matched with what uncle Yuriy said when he mentioned not to trust the Nexus. It would appear they are an overlord race of deviants who love to kill their own kind for supremacy. Earth was collateral damage to them in their pursuit, and I'm just a fucking pawn…fuck those guys!!
"It would seem you have encountered them before. They have even given something to you. Fear not, their influence cannot enter this shelter. You may have already noticed the moment you began the trials."
"They will not be able to gather anything from what you experienced. Nor will they know what happened during this exchange even if their influence over you responds to our exchange, which it will. I can tell you are a kindred spirit of sorts; therefore, I will bestow upon you the right to control this shelter as you see fit. I only have one condition. Find my lost brethren, and rid… the influence of the Nexus… over this universe…"
After stating their plea, the corpse then faded back into bones which sat in the armchair. Additionally, a system message unlike my usual message rang out,
"(Hidden from Nexus Admin) This message has been sent to you through backdoor channels undetected by the Nexus…You have started the Axis assigned mission: Holy Balm in Creation.
Young challenger, find my brethren and rid this universe of the Nexus! – Unnamed overlord

- Succeed during the Bonus dungeon master Trials and become the newly ordained dungeon master.

- Search for other lost dungeon across this universe and become the dungeon master
- Seek and destroy any locations connected to the Nexus
- Seek and destroy any person who is an administrator of the Nexus
- Seek and destroy any individual who willingly does the Nexus' bidding

This quest was laid out in a simple manner, destroy everything and everyone related to the Nexus, and find other dungeons like this one. I'm not quite sure what the rewards are but by the looks of it, they must be some super divine rewards only gods or transcendent beings will be able to use. Anyway, this quest aligns with my desire to kill that ass hat Uriel who forced me into this bullshit Nexus mission. I will most gladly accept this mission and destroy everything the Nexus holds dear!
With my new authority over the dungeon, it's time for me to leave this place. As I instinctually thought about leaving the dungeon core's internal realm, a golden portal with the dungeon core chamber on the other side appeared. As I walked into it, my body turned into particles of magoi which floated directly into my physical body still directly laying its hands on the dungeon core.
Once all the particles entered my real body, all the changes I experienced inside the core realm began to manifest themselves at a lightning pace. My cultivation, knowledge, and other changes such as my personality, archaic tattoos and mana palace development all occurred swiftly, but I still stood there for another 3 or 4 hours as the changes happened. Finally, when everything was finished, I opened my eyes and beheld the dungeon core chamber with a new light.
