Chapter 5 - The Dreamers

Far away from the ongoing of Atticus, near the sacred forests inhibited by the dreamers. A happening was brewing. The sacred forests were under the rule of a tribal king. So are the forests of Wilmir, the villages of Oslonton ad many more. Darticus commanded a region one-quarter the size of the land under the rule of the emperor.
In the Lands of the Dreamers:
A dark cloud engulfed the lands. For days, the darkness enveloped them. It sure was a bad omen and the people knew it. The gravity of the situation and how serious it was dismissed by most people. They did not make much of it wanting to remain in ignorance! Maybe a long-coming thunderstorm thought most. When the times are good, people are seldom concerned about the things that could go wrong. But not the dreamers they were getting aware of the bad news that was to come. Only the gods could do anything about it, they knew it. What worried them was whether the gods tried their best or were bothered not to try at all. The ceremony to reach the ancient gods was set to begin. The dreamers hurdled in circles now, the oldest of them all began a recital and everyone followed him. The recital followed its own tune, getting louder and then suddenly to a whisper and so on and forth. The recital went on for hours with the elders preaching words that were very sacred. The Dreamers looked to the clouds, the darkness did not budge, it lingered. Maybe the gods are not on our side, this time said the elder dreamer. We shall see out this tragedy whatever it maybe be. And now slowly the chants began to slow down and stop. One by one, the dreamers got up and went away gravely disappointed and at the same time scared about the uncertainty.
In a land Nearby:
A gigantic man, with a wielding sword in his left hand and armor in his right, wandering alone in the dense forests. As though paranoid, was keeping watch of his perimeter.
Datricus Looked up at the sky. It's still dark, he wondered why. The clouds were about to burst open and yet they did not. Not a single drop fell to the ground. He had been patrolling all day. Now tired he whistled to his ride, a trojan with tuskers on his side. A majestic animal that was centuries old. The trojan was never found easily. A very rare sighting, it chooses the rider at its will. One who is worthy of it. This trojan, one fine day was standing at the front of Darticus's camp site when the sun was shining brightly. Darticus then at once knew, that they were to see many victories and disappointments together. Immediately forming a bond, the trojan has never left his side. Very Loyal beings Trojans were.
Darticus got onto his horse and rode away to the housing. Riding very fast now as the darkness approached quickly. I should have left a little earlier, thought Darticus to himself. Giddy up, said Darticus, and they zoomed away from the dense forests!
