The convoy is made up of several large wagons, each one heavily guarded by a team of mercenaries. As they travel, the convoy encounters several threats along the way. The first threat they encounter is a group of bandits who attempt to hijack the convoy. Thale and the other mercenaries quickly spring into action, using their skills and weapons to fend off the attackers. Thale uses his Ethereal Sword Creation technique to create a sword made of golden Qi, which he uses to cut down several bandits with ease. Despite their best efforts, the bandits are no match for the skilled mercenaries and are quickly defeated.
