The day of the meeting arrives; Thale is scouting the location of the meeting, from a mountain close by. He can see a large number of pirate ships anchored in the harbour. There are also several smaller boats making their way to the shore, probably carrying the various pirate leaders to the meeting.
Thale watches as the pirates disembark and make their way up the hill to a large, opulent mansion at the top. He can see the 4th King, a tall, imposing figure with long, flowing hair and a beard. He is surrounded by a group of heavily armed bodyguards.
Thale knows that he cannot take on the 4th King and his entire pirate organization by himself. He needs to come up with a plan to take them down. He decides to gather more information and come up with a strategy before making his move.
