"Glad I have this tongue of mine then" Lotus looks quickly at Ariel gives her a cheeky smile, and turns back to focus on the giant, luckily or not so luckily he did not get to see Ariel, whose cheeks were now as red as tomatoes roll her eyes in embarrassment. Of course, Ariel was not worried about this small altercation as she'd seen Lotus' strength upfront multiple times and had no doubt in his abilities.
Rightly so since, swing after swing Lotus glided away as if time slowed down, after every overreach he would counterattack with an accurately timed hook to the body, not holding back in power at all which highlighted the defence of the attacker. Each hit left a noticeable impression on the town, after a little smirk from the giant you could see a hint of enjoyment from both of them as they continued dodging and landing blows with unimaginable speed.
Ariel watched in shock, from the fact that two people could enjoy fighting so much, but also that someone was keeping up with Lotus'

Ariel didn't need to be told twice she immediately slid a few metres back and immediately sounds similar to miniature earthquakes could be heard from the men in front
Lotus' eyes began glowing gold and in the next second he disappeared and reappeared behind the man as he was about to land a jab to his back he was stopped by a layer of stone that covered his whole physique
"so cool" Lotus said gleefully before proceeding to land consecutive strikes breaking down the rocks and landing a vital blow to the liver
"What an adaptable fighter, I knew I saw something in you haha," the giant said laughing at the pain
"What is your name, young man?"
"Lotus?" he responded confusedly, now the man was being respectful, was it due to a shared respect from masculine violence?
"ahh like the flower, you're are nothing alike your name," the giant said jokingly while holding the side of his stomach
"it's rude to not introduce yourself after I just have," he said with a dead expression, "waiter, check please we're leaving"
'why is he like this' the usual eye roll from Ariel, "haha of course you're right, my name is Judas it is a pleasure to meet you Lotus, Apologies for my patronising and aggressive way of introducing myself"
Lotus' eyebrows scrunched up, 'Judas, from the Bible?'
"Anyways, I am a battle instructor for The Desolate Academy and here is not the place to talk about all this would you do me a favour and accompany us somewhere more appropriate, your girlfriend may follow us if she's alright with that"
he looked behind Lotus seeing a visibly annoyed Ariel signalling Lotus to correct him.

"haha I assume the pair of you are not from here" When Judas saw them nod he continued "Interesting, and the Young lady, apologies I didn't catch your name are you also a drinker" Judas looked at Ariel questionably, 'Hmm, at further glance she seems strong'.
"Ariel, and yes I do enjoy one or two… or three here and there" she said shyly
"haha, splendid! allow it to be on me!"
"We won't say no" skeptically the pair looked at each other unsure of there this afternoon led.
