Chapter 12 - Ch. 12: Leaving for the Party

Chlevern had been training for a while now with Kingspeare. Even if it was harsh, Chlevern however, did not feel any pain or lethargy. He was training for 10 hours straight, which was just 5 minutes on Earth.

'Guess I am adapted to the Time of Earth, so I cannot realise the passage of time here.', thought Chlevern while doing his last set of exercise of the day.

"You are right, my child. Since you were adapted to Earth's timeline, you cannot feel much time pass here.", said Kingspeare while approaching Chlevern.

"Wait what!? You can read my mind!!", asked Chlevern, surprised.

"Well yes, as I am the one who created you after all.", said Kingspeare.

'Guess I have to control my indecent thoughts. Ahh Nick has rotted my brain as well.', thought Chlevern, sweatdropping.

"You better do that and don't worry about Nicholas. Nothing can be done in his case.", said Kingspeare, smiling.

"Shit! I forgot you could read my mind and you know Nick?", asked Chlevern.

"Of course, I am the Creator after all.", said Kingspeare smiling. He had reminded Chlevern fifty times now that he was the Progenitor.

Not like Chlevern was rude with Kingspeare but he always forgot it.

"So what about the Party? We are going right?", asked Chlevern, wiping his sweat.

"Yes. We have to go, of course. So, you should quickly change into some decent clothing. I had Juvium keep it in your room.", said Kingspeare.

"Okay.", said Chlevern, leaving the Training grounds.

He went to the huge room which was given to him by Kingspeare in the King's Castle in the Bright Clouds of Heaven. The room was a massive one. Even Chlevern's house was a little matchbox in front of this big carton. It had one large king-sized bed, but there was just one problem...

Only one person was going to sleep on it. Sad!

(AUTHOR'S NOTE: Don't worry, Chlevern will get a good house in future with a huge bed, but he will not sleep alone, hehe if you know what I mean)

'This is my room? What am I gonna do all alone here?', thought Chlevern.

'Wait! what if ghosts haunt me at night?!', thought Chlevern.

'Shit, I forgot! I am not on Earth. I am on the Bright Clouds of Heaven, and ghosts cannot interfere in God's territory.', Chlevern thought while sighing at his stupidity.

Ghosts were the trapped souls which haunted places in the proximity of a 10 kilometer radius from the place of the death of their human vessel. Like humans with pure souls, humans with trapped souls also existed. Pure souls were freed after their human vessel died and were sent to Void of Nothingness, Domain of Souls, where they lived in their own domains created by their dreams, but trapped souls were bound by a spell, which did not free them and they haunted the Earth. Not like there were many, every trapped soul was freed after 200 years of haunting, but the trapped souls after being freed, were sent to The Domain of Salvation, where their existence was wiped out.

Chlevern too, was a pure soul, but due to the Progenitor, Kingspeare summoning him to be his successor after dying, the limitation of every pure soul, of returning to the Void of Nothingness was removed and Chlevern's soul was now in the hands of Kingspeare, to train him to be a worthy successor.

"Well then, let's see where my clothes are kept.", said Chlevern approaching his bed.

On the bed, there was a set of a decent maroon coloured suit and pants with an undervest and a necktie. Chlevern thought about some casual clothes as it was a party, but he had to look like a businessman.

'Damn it, I was expecting some jeans and denim jacket with a cool t-shirt for the party, but guess I have to behave like a billionaire businessman. Seriously, I cannot understand the way of nobles like these.', thought Chlevern, a little disappointed.

He quickly went in the bathroom for a shower and washed up. After exiting the bathroom, he quickly put on his clothes, which were a perfect fit on his somewhat toned body.

'Wow, it's perfect. Did Mr. Kingspeare take my measurements before giving me this suit?', thought Chlevern.

But suddenly a thought stroke his mind.

'Fuck, why do I always forget? He is the Creator, he knows every nook and cranny of my body.', thought Chlevern, sighing once again on his stupidity.

'Wait, if he knows everything, does he even know the size of my little brother?!', thought Chlevern blushing a little.

'Ahhh stop having wierd thoughts!', screamed Chlevern inwardly.

Chlevern was thinking stuff, when he heard a knock on his door.

"Mr. Chlevern, I am Juvium, My Lord's messenger, I am here to ask you on the request of my lord if you are ready, as My Lord is waiting for you in the hallway.", said Juvium.

"Yes, coming in a minute. You may go Mr. Juvium.", said Chlevern, shrugged out of his chain of thoughts.

"Okay, as you say. My Lord's Successor.", said Juvium, with a voice of extreme respect and left.

'Guess everybody in the Bright Clouds of Heaven knows it now.', thought Chlevern, ready to leave his room.

*Meanwhile in the Hallway* (Btw it was huge)

"My Lord, Mr. Chlevern said he will be coming in a minute, though I did not understand what he meant, but I thought it would be better to tell you.", said Juvium, bowing down in front of Kingspeare.

"Yeah okay, no problem. You may take your leave.", said Kingspeare.

Juvium left after receiving the permission from his Lord and turned back and started walking.

'Yes, it is natural for Juvium to not know about 'a minute' as he had been adapted to the timeline of Bright Clouds of Heaven.', thought Kingspeare.

Suddenly, he heard Chlevern voice coming from the hallway, and he glanced at the direction.

"Yoo, I am ready. Let's go.", said Chlevern, halting in front of Kingspeare.

"Guess the suit, I made for you was a perfect fit.", said Kingspeare looking at Chlevern's appearance.

"Yes it was.", said Chlevern looking a bit at himself.

'He has trained well, look at his toned muscles. I will have to start his Cultivation session soon.', thought Kingspeare.

"Well then, should we leave?", asked Kingspeare, smiling.

"Yes I am all ready to attend the party. It's my first time attending a party of nobles of great clans.", said Chlevern.

"Okay then we should leave, our ride must be arriving in some time now.", said Kingspeare while walking towards the exit gate of the castle with Chlevern.

"Wait, our ride? I mean, we are not teleporting to that place?", asked Chlevern, confused.

"No, that place needs a ride to be reached.", said Kingspeare.

"Hmm okay, so what was that place again?", asked Chlevern.

"The place where the party is being held is called, 'The Ballroom of Supremes'. It has been a place for parties of noble clans for ages. It is a place far away from here, you can say more like in another galaxy, in your words. But since it's in a dimensionless gap with infinite distance, just a few light years is nothing.", said Kingspeare.

"That's a great distance!", said Chlevern.

"Indeed, but for Beings like me, travelling this much distance is like a stroll in the park.", said Kingspeare.

"Okay, but you still haven't told me about why we cannot teleport to that place.", said Chlevern.

"The Ballroom of Supremes has been a hidden place for nobles for many ages, so it has a spell cast in its entire boundary, including the entrance, which prevents teleportation or trespassing of people, to keep its identity hidden. Also there are powerful guardians, you can say one of the strongest, at it's every corner. So only people with a valid invitation or permit can enter it. Plus they can recognise fake invitation letters and anhiliate the people who try to enter without a permit, no matter how strong they are. So teleportation does not work even for Beings like us, The Fragments of 'GREAT SIP OF RECREATION'.", said Kingspeare.

"So that's what it's all about.", said Chlevern, holding his chin.

"Anyway, our ride has arrived. Let's enter.", said Kingspeare.

In front of them there was a giant car, which looked like a limousine, but was not. It was like the luxury cars on Earth.

"Woahh, you ride in cars?!", asked Chlevern, surprised at the sight infront of him.

"Well yes, of course, even Beings like us have to advance.", said Kingspeare with a smiling face.

"Okay then, let's go.", said Chlevern entering the car.

Later, Kingspeare entered the car as well and it drove at a high speed towards, The Ballroom of Supremes.

'This boy is so carefree. He does not know of the dangers lying ahead of him. But you have to overcome them. Be strong, Be careful, my boy.', thought Kingspeare, seeing Chlevern all excited.

'I hope 'HE' does not cause any trouble there...
