Yusoph, Mary, and Rubick went to the Village's wooden gate and on their way, they met the Za'astaroz Village Chieftain named Robert.
"AHAH! Yusoph! Mary! and the little boy!" the chieftain shouted at the three of them while being stationed at the top of the human-made wooden tower near the gate.
Yusoph and Mary embarrassingly looked at each other while Rubick had a curious eye pointed at the Village Chieftain.
After the Vandalaur Family had finally reached the wooden gate, Robert went down on the wooden tower by the ladder and directly went on where the family had stopped temporarily.
"Yusoph! I couldn't be more grateful to you for what you just did, one of the villagers hurriedly went to where I live just to inform me about it. Without you, I think we will be completely wiped out by that Evil God!" Robert thankfully said at Yusoph who had been gently smiling.
"I just did what I can do, even myself, couldn't be compared to that Evil God." He replied to the old man and his smile had faded.
"Don't worry chief, just thoroughly check the Village if all the villagers had already safely left their shelter before the Evil God finally reached this Village." He added
"Yeah, I got it! That's all for now, have a safe journey for your family." Robert said to the Vandalaur family
"Same for you chief!" Mary responded to the words of the old man.
The family started to walk out of the wooden gate and a sudden "Mary! Wait!" can be heard behind their back.
Mary was familiar with her voice and she turned her head to where that voice had come from and she saw a woman, to be specific it was no other than her best friend, the Priestess of the Life Goddess, Isabelle.
"Priestess Isabelle?" Mary had been shocked a little bit.
"Mary!" the Priestess replied and when she arrived at where Mary had turned her head around, she was breathing heavily, it was really rare to see a Priestess sprinting towards them.
"Why are you running like that?" Mary asked the Priestess.
"Well, I'm just a little nervous when I heard about the news relating to an Evil God and also, I'm super excited because we will be traveling together just like the time when we were just a little kids!" she replied to the puzzled-faced Mary.
"Ah, okay." These are the only words that Mary can produce from the reasoning of the Priestess.
"Can we now continue heading to our desired destination?" The Priestess asked the Vandalaur Family.
"Sure!" Yusoph replied
"But Priestess, where are you heading to?" he added a question
"Ah, about that! I will be heading to the church of the Life Goddess at Utopium and I will be staying there temporarily." she replied to Yusoph.
"We are also heading there, but I will be rerouting our way to Utopium to avoid a little chance of encountering the Evil God and it will take us a little longer, are you fine with that?" Yusoph's response to the Priestess.
"Hm… that's not a problem. As long as I can reach the Church of the Life Goddess at Utopium, I would be fine with anything." She replied to Yusoph.
"It's concluded now, we will be using my "Flight" magic spell because as you can see Priestess, there's no other way of transportation here at the Za'astaroz Village other than walking and running." Yusoph informed the Priestess while Mary had been shocked at what she had heard from her husband, and for Rubick, his eyes had started sparkling at the words of his father.
"Ow! I forgot to inform you all! We will temporarily rest somewhere on our path from time to time so that I can regain my mana, got it?" he additionally informed them.
"We got it." Mary's reply.
"Take care, all of you! I and the boys here will also evacuate as soon as possible after all the villagers were completely evacuated." the Chieftain reassured them
"Goodbye, Mister!" the Priestess shouted at the old man and she waved her hand as a sign of farewell.
The normal route of the Za'astaroz Village that leads to Utopium usually takes three days by using a carriage that can be rented out but unfortunately due to a sudden evacuation notice that Yusoph had informed them of, a huge number of families rented tons of available carriages until all of it were already unavailable. That's the main reason that Yusoph had informed Isabelle, the Priestess, that the only means of transportation left was by walking or running.
"Are you all ready? I'll be casting the "Flight" magic spell on your body now." Yusoph had given them a heads-up regarding the spell that he will be casting at them.
"PAPA…RUBICK…READY!!!" Rubick hungrily replied to his father.
Yusoph can clearly feel the desire of his little boy through his words.
"Okay, okay, calm down Rubick… I'm going to cast it now" Yusoph answered the desire of his young son.
"Flight" Yusoph casts while pointing his palm at the three of them individually and at the things they are bringing.
"That's it???" the thoughts inside the head of Rubick.
"There are no long sentences he needed to cast it?" he added inside his thoughts.
A white magic circle started to appear at the surface where they are currently standing and it disappears slowly, their body started to lighten up, and also the heavy things they are bringing also started to lift up into the air. It feels like they are levitating but they can control it freely by their will.
Rubick's eyes had become curious at his father's magic spell and it seems he cannot fully understand the phenomenon he had been experiencing at this present moment.
Yusoph saw the curious face of his young son and he just gently smiled at him. He was already certain about Rubick, his son had already decided to follow him in his footsteps and it was about becoming a mage someday. Yusoph had already experienced the same feeling in the past and he can saw himself at his son in front of him.
