She had an argument which her mom. It lasted the whole afternoon and into the night. She didn't want to sleep on the bed so she tried sleeping on the floor but her mom said she wouldn't leave the room until she got in the bed. She went on the bed but the next day things were still awkward. She was not her normal self. Nether was her mom. At times like this she wished she had her dad with her. He would warmly comfort her and make it all better. She was reminiscing about her dad more these days.
The day after the argument things weren't okay. Things weren't fine. Things were the opposite. Her mom wouldn't talk to her unless its necessary. This kind of hurt her feelings but she could understand why. Her mom had been hurt the day before so her actions made sense. She had said some pretty awful things too so she was feeling really guilty. She decided to self harm she grabbed the razor to her arm and sliced her skin slowly. Ruby red blood dripped from her arm where she had cut. She decided to do it some more and she did it until her whole arm was covered in cuts.
She went out of the bathroom and went on her bed with an emotionless expression. She decided to read, maybe this would make her feel better. Unfortunately it didn't help. She decided to take a nap, time would pass by and it would be closer to bedtime. When she woke up she realized only 30 minutes had passed by. 'That's too short' she complained in her head. She went to her bookshelf that had a worn notebook in it. This was something her dad gave to her. It was full of comforting sayings he made up. At the time she thought the idea was weird but now she treasured the notebook. She flipped through the notebook and found a quote that was exactly what she needed at the time. It read 'even if you feel no one likes you, if you feel like your a failure, feel like your not worth something, I believe that every person has value. So even if people have given up on you; know that I won't, nether will god.'
Tears started flowing down her face like a river. She whispered softly "thank you daddy"
She continued reading all the stuff he had written and by the end of it she was feeling a lot better. Sometimes all you need is someone to tell you that they won't ever give up on you. Truth is that some people just get tired but that doesn't mean they stopped caring about you.
She put the notebook back on the shelf and it was already an hour later. She went to the kitchen to get an snack but couldn't find one so she just got a protein shake. It tasted really good so her mood came up even more.
She decided to make an illustration. It was of a girl surrounded by Sakura trees. It's was snowing in the picture and the sky was a medium hue of blue. It looked very peaceful and she wished she could transport herself into the image. It was time for bed so she went to sleep. It was a very peaceful sleep. She drifted of into her own little world after that
