While Kymani and the rest went in, three shadows moved along trying to enter following behind them, but that didn't really work as some sort of barrier stopped them from entering that way, and they were forced to rise to the surface, before standing there in a triangle formation.
"Two of you will go make reports, and I will continue observing to see how far this goes, they might even actually have had contact with the Great Hero Of Meshvenia, Zendrius, or even the Sage Of Truth, Dentria... Though unlikely, such a discovery could change the way we perceive our history.
"Imagine what it will be like to have any actual recounts of the old era Meshvenia, before the eradication! Anyway, I'll stay behind to wait for them since it seems some sort of interference with the dark arts and element is happening here." One of the Reyha shadows began gushing about the situation under their mask, making the other two look at each other before looking back at them.
"Yeah... Just don't get too caught up in your history buff sh*t, it's going to fuck as all if you compromise this mission." One of the other Reyha shadows responded slowly as if not fully sure whether this should be said or not.
"Relax... I'm sure we all understand the importance and gravity of this work. Anyway, we'll be going ahead to make the early reports." The last Reyha shadow added before they disappeared into the shadows with the other one, leaving the enthusiastic shadow to their own devices.
"The care for historical accuracy is no longer the same... How sad... Oh well, let us keep eye on this place and hope that crazy hero doesn't get himself killed in there... And it would also be a pity to lose the elf girl, that one's a pretty precious asset all things considered." The remaining Reyha shadow entered the darkness and completely disappeared.

Going in, the area around was that of a more organized dungeon rather than just a cave, the walls look, man-made, and the lighting is much better than it was in the past 10 floors of the Goblin's Lair dungeon, but that wasn't the focus of the group, as they moved in with caution calmly looking out for whatever may come their way in this area.
"Are there any traps or anything of the sort here?" Kymani asked sand shredder still in hand and caution at an all-time high.
"Not really, though the last time I was here... The only time I was here actually, there were some different goblins working as the guards before the guardian. They have spears and are pretty annoying, but someone like you should be able to deal with them... Plus you have us to help you." Iketica smiled weakly making Kymani raise his eyebrow at him.
"Is this so-called dungeon guardian all that strong?" Lavenica was the one posing the question.
"Well yes... According to the dungeon, at full power, I'm a 20 mini-boss or something, while Rakuia is a level 20 Boss, then you have the Dungeon Guardian, a level 25 Secret Boss, at least that's what the dungeon calls us." Iketica continued to respond while Rakuia came along silently more so focused on their surroundings. "However, what makes him dangerous is not just his power, if it was that could have overwhelmed him... I think, but the point is his fighting style is the Wind Dancing Warrior Technique. Once again, Den and Zen...
"Honestly, I don't know how many dancing warrior styles there are, but it's at least four since Zen mentioned how he wanted to give the guardian the Earth Dancing Warrior Technique, even so, it was not suitable for the guardian so he had to give him the wind one."
Hearing Iketica, Kymani turned to Lavenica and questioned. "... Lavenica, what kind of elements are there in terms of affinities and such?"
"Well... I can't truly map them all right now, but there are two groups of basic elements. The central basic elements that most are familiar with being fire, water, air, earth, light, darkness, and Neutral, but from there come the next ground, the derivative basic elements:
"Void(Vacuum), positive(Healing), Negative(Decay), Lightning, smoke, ice, steam, salt, ooze, dust, sand, snow, heat, clouds, cold, Wood, plant, minerals, metal, magma, and ash. All of it is in a way both material and astral since magic interacts with both sides. Anyway, I call tell you more about it later, for now, I believe we should focus on the task at hand." Lavenica explained calmly.
"That's... Quite a few..." Surprised by this piece of information, Kymani smiled weakly at the thought of having to deal with all that knowing his own goals...
"Don't worry too much, with your learning ability as I have evaluated it thus far, it wouldn't take you more than 10 years... No, 5 years to master all the 27 basic elements. That's monstrous and most would happily commit atrocities to have that kind of growth ability." Lavenica clarified with a small smile.
"... Good... But just out of curiosity, how much would a normal person take to accomplish the same effect?" Kymani asked.
"Depends on a few factors, like available resources, connections, knowledge, and personal dedication among others, but if I had to give a rough average, it would be at least 350 years, so basically what I'm saying is that it's impossible for an average or normal person to do it without some serious external help." Lavenica elaborated.
"Huh... I would say I'm a genius, but I know that's not exactly the case... It's more accurate to call me a very fast learner, yeah, that won't inflate my ego..." Kymani mumbled to himself.
"Hey! It's not all bad! Warriors should be proud of their capabilities, you're not arrogant if you can back up whatever you claim." Iketica commented catching wind of what Kymani was saying.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm proud, but I also understand where I come from at the end of the day, and if I'm not careful these capabilities will be stripped from me together with my life. So, I'll focus on my grind, and maybe think about bragging when I can... I don't know... Eat the sun whole... Yeah, why not... That works." Kymani responded.
"I see... I almost forgot you're half insane." Iketica retorted.
Obviously bothered by the statement Kymani turned to Iketica and said. "I'm actually jus-" Before Kymani could finish speaking, coming at them in a 4 goblin horizontal formation, came the spear goblins at a relatively fast speed.
This however was far from enough to faze either of the two, as Kymani dodged before quickly stepping in and swinging the sand shredder at their waist level.
{Yes! Kill these lowly creatures from their blood, guts, bones, and mana! We shall forge the power that will take the lives of the rest of their kind!!} Following up immediately, sand shredder began vibrating intensely as it shouted what it seemed to believe were motivational quotes.
Not having time to mind the lunatic that was his weapon, Kymani simply held the handle tighter and swung harder.
Sometimes that resulted in what could be called the mutilation of two goblins as their bodies weren't merely cut in two parts, no, they were for a lack of better terms shredded into pieces in a way that seemed almost like they were being cut open with a chainsaw before they suddenly exploded mid-way through, that was the kind of scene to just take place as the blood bits and pieces covered Kymani and even splashed onto the floor and walls, some of it hitting Iketica as well.

[You have killed a level 20 goblin. 20 experience points has been gained.]
Before when Kymani killed the monsters, the amount of blood together with the way he killed allowed him to avoid ever getting too much blood on himself, but now he was soaked in it.
Meanwhile, Iketica just sliced the two goblins after him in two, with not too much commotion aside from getting hit by the blood from Kymani's side of things.
'WHAT the hell is wrong with you?! Are you frikin mental?!' Kymani inquired.
{I am simply the object of your power! Nothing more nothing less! You should be grateful for my excellent assistance! Your power is me, as I am an extension of you! Together we shall subjugate the world into submission! While the corpses of our enemies will serve as the foundation for the new world! Our world! Your WORLD!} Sand Shredder declared in excitement.
'... I was called half insane, but I'm pretty sure you're the real deal...' Kymani replied while narrowing his eyes, before transmitting a command thought to it then hitting the wall with sand shredder in quick succession.
{Hey! You're only hurting yourself by hurting me! We are one!... }
{Stop it! You're wasting the sharpness I build using the blood, guts, bones, and mana of our enemies!...}
{Apologies! I may have overstepped by boundaries a bit... }
{A lot! I mean a lot! How do you already know how to contain my form?!... Damn it!} Sand Shredder found itself restrained in what Kymani decided to call the base form, unable to cause any actual harm to anything.
'Hehehehe! I watched a lot of anime, and even read novels, certain rules of fantasy worlds are easy to understand. Everyone knows sentient overpowered weapons and pets almost always be have a harmless form, unfortunately for you, it seems to be the case here too.' Kymani smiled as he looked at sand shredder reduced from an obvious murder weapon to an elongated bone.
{You're being a bit unreadable! I'm just trying to help!} Sand Shredder complained.
'So you'll actually listen to me and not vibrate anymore when I attack unless I order you to?' Kymani asked.
{That... I believe we are jumping to conclusion and I'm sure that with time you'll grow used to this and even come to like it, I guarantee.} Sand Shredder attempted discussion.
'I'll throw you into a volcano in this form.' Kymani said casually.
{Wait! Wait! Wait! You have to understand that we really are linked! If I get destroyed not only will you lose the mana you shared with me forever, you'll also be afflicted with my bloodlust! From what I could understand, you don't seem fond of killing, so I HIGHLY advise against it!} Sand shredder warned.
'It's not about killing... While I don't think I need to kill as much as you want me to, the problem is you won't listen to me and are just doing whatever, so until you take care of that attitude, I'll have you on the bench.' Kymani decided, not giving sand shredder time to say anything before pulling it into his right arm.
"What happened?" Iketica asked.
"It's not listening to me quite yet, so I'll give it some time out, but I'll pull it out if we need it." Kymani explained.
"Fine... Just be careful..." Iketica just nodded.
From then on, they fought through various groups of goblins, that almost seemed to have no end, but eventually, they reached an open area shaped like a dome.
At the end of it was a tall green humanoid that looked much more like a green human than a goblin per se. He stood in front of a door at the other end of the area, arms crossed and a spear on his back, his eyes were fully red, and didn't have any reaction to seeing the group enter the area. The only form of clothing on him was simple black pants, while a scar could be found on the left side of his chest going straight down.
Looking at Kymani, Iketica pointed at the green humanoid and said. "It's him, the dungeon guardian. Irka, The Hobgoblin."
