"I think this is the part where we should run," the white-haired man smiled kindly.
"Right," Izik found himself being dragged by the red-haired man as they burst into a run. He heard the loud angry scream coming from the merchant who chased after them. "Mind your footing," the red-haired turned to him before he effortlessly threw him in the air. Izik nearly stopped breathing before he teleported to the nearest roof.
"Oh shi—," he almost fell face forward.
"I knew I saw it right," The red-haired landed on the roof with force, creating a small crater on it, destroying the tiles around him. "Better keep running," he jumped to another roof and Izik found himself running, following the guy even when he was sure he didn't do anything.
"Why am I even running away?" he frustratedly asked. "I didn't do anything!"
"Because if you don't you'll spend a night in jail!" The red-haired chuckled.
"I didn't do anything!" Izik teleported two roofs away. "It was just there trying to buy a weapon!"
"Hey!" The red-haired increased his speed, quickly catching up to Izik who glared at him. "I saved you from being scammed," Izik wanted to wipe that smug look off his face. "You're welcome!"
The Guide activated his skill Perspective. A window quickly popped up showing all the information he needed.

This guy doesn't even look a day over 18, Izik thought as he kept his glare on him.
"If you keep staring at me like that, I will become shy," Aleksi grinned. Izik was overcome with the feeling of wanting to suddenly kick him as hard as he could. His eyes zeroed in on the /Class A Hunter/ on the profile window before he glanced up at Aleksi's face. "What?" Aleksi jumped off the roof and to the cemented ground. As soon as he landed, the ground cracked underneath his feet. "Ack!" He was quick to shake the dust and debris off his leather boots.
Izik could have teleported elsewhere and not bothered with the guy but he still found himself appearing behind Aleksi as they both walked out of the alleyway and merged into the huge crowd walking the main streets. Izik kept his eyes on the profile window.

It still surprised Izik whenever Perspective works. He tried it already on numerous people in Forvi after it didn't work on Xanthe. He thought at first that it won't really show people's real stats however when it worked on others, it surprised him. The only time that Perspective never worked were on Laics.
"Didn't anyone tell you that staring at someone is bad?" Aleksi asked, glancing over his shoulder.
"Didn't anyone tell you that meddling with someone's business was much worse?" Izik decided to speed up and walked next to him.
"After I saved you from potentially being scammed, this is how you will repay me?" the older guy pouted. Izik couldn't believe this guy was really 25 and on top of that he was a Class A Hunter. For a moment, Izik felt shit for feeling like a fraud. His lips twitched, and his face was threatening to crumple into a scowl.
He wasn't feeling like a fraud, he was a fraud.
"My name is Aleksi," the red-haired glanced at him before turning to a street.
Izik opened his mouth and almost gave his real name, swallowing hard, he replied. "Error."
"Error?" Aleksi paused, looking at him. Amused.
Izik only raised an eyebrow.
"What an interesting name," Aleksi chuckled as he continued to walk down the street, hands on the back of his head. They arrived at a small restaurant where the white-haired man was already sitting drinking a glass of cold juice. When he saw them, he smiled and waved his hand.
They took the empty seat on the table.
"Quinlan Thorn," the white-haired man placed down his glass of juice. "And this is Atticus."
"His name is interesting!" Aleksi happily said. Turning to Izik he urged him, "Hurry, tell Quil your name."
"Error," Izik said.
"As in mistake?" Quinlan asked.
"Yeah."
Quinlan smiled, "That is indeed interesting." He turned to his snake. "What do you think Atticus?" The snake only flickered his tongue out and stared at Izik. Izik could feel the hair on his nape stand. He activated Perspective and watched Quinlan who just smiled at him.
What a fake smile, Izik thought.

He couldn't believe that Quinlan was younger than Aleksi. The guy looked like he could be 27 and that huge build off his wasn't helping. The choice of a black tight short sleeved turtle neck was also not helping. It only made him look more mature with all that defined muscle bulging out of his top. His build and that snake also made him look stronger than Aleksi.
Izik quickly looked down at the menu in front of him. He doesn't want to hear Aleksi tell him again that he was staring. The waitress came to their table after five minutes and Izik ordered himself a simple clubhouse sandwich and a cold juice while Aleksi happily ordered a heavy meal with a tall mug of ale. Izik briefly debated if it was okay for them to see his face but decided that his stomach came first than hiding his face besides he already had his hair and eye colors changed.
"You're a Hunter right?" Aleksi asked Izik.
Izik hope he could easily get used to being called a Hunter. "Yeah."
"What class?"
"A."
Aleksi grinned happily, his fangs showing as he glanced at Quinlan who kept his friendly smile on. If Aleksi had a tail, Izik was sure that it was wagging happily. "Do you already have a guild?" Aleksi excitedly asked. Izik was surprised by his question. He was planning to roam around the city for the first two days before going to the Guild Castle and checking on the available guilds in the area.
"Sorry, Aleksi tends to be overly excited about things," Quinlan offered a soft smile.
"It's fine," Izik replied. "I am hoping to join one here."
"Perfect!" Aleksi stood up, exhilarated. Quinlan told Aleksi to calm down and the guy hastily sat down again and turned to Izik, "Me and Quinlan are building a new guild and we're only looking for one more member to join the team!"
Izik was planning to join an already-established guild to avoid complications. They would know the ins and outs already plus if he managed to get into a high-ranking guild, he would be able to enjoy the perks. His mind was quick to scan through the memories of his class about the law and orders of Serene.
One of the topics there was Guild Orders. Though they were Laic, they got a deep dive into the Guild Orders since it could be one of the jobs that they may enter after they graduated from Bizevau. Registered Guilds enjoy a lot of perks and rewards especially if they were high performing and because of this the registration for new guilds was strict and monitored.
"Do you have all the requirements already?" Izik asked, his tone serious. The waitress came with their drinks placing them down on the table.
"Yep," Aleksi proudly replied.
There were three minimum requirements in order to register your guild:
1. You need to have a Guild Master.
And this Guild Master must be Class A. Based on what he saw, Izik was sure that the Guild Master was Aleksi Alunni.
2. You need to have a minimum of 10 members.
A guild must have at least 10 members and one of them needed to be an Acolyte and there should also be a Restorer. A Guide was not really a requirement as Hunters knew they needed to be guided whether they were part of guilds or not. Izik glanced at Quinlan who just kept smiling at him which Izik was starting to find a bit creepy. Based on his profile, Quinlan was a Hunter. Maybe if he said yes, he'll meet the other members soon.
3. You need to pay the minimum fee of 2,500 gold coins.
The fee was what was called /the territorial fee/ which allowed the guild to operate in 1 city and in 3 towns, meaning these were the only territories where they could raid and request a dungeon. The more you pay the more territories the guild can operate to.
However, providing these three requirements was only going to put your guild up as new and for consideration. In order to be fully registered the guild must be able to close at least 3 dungeons in a span of one and a half months and the guild must gain a guild reputation point of over 250 within the next two months.
If those requirements were met, then the guild will be recognized by the Imperial Palace.
"How many guild reputation points do you have?" Izik kept his serious face, staring back at Aleksi.
Guild reputation points were earned in two ways: members and dungeon closed. Each class of member and dungeon closed corresponded to a reputation point that was added under the guild. The guild reputation points determined the ranking of the guild. The higher the points, the higher the rank.
The waitress brought their food and Quinlan thanked her before she left with a smile.
Aleksi stabbed at the sliced carrot on his plate, "If you join, we'll be at 245." He bit the carrot off his fork.
Izik crossed his arms over his chest, that's a huge reputation point for a start-up guild which meant their members were mostly Class B and Class C. And if they close three dungeons in one and a half months they will be easily recognized by the Imperial Palace. Izik then reached for his utensils and started eating quietly, Aleksi and Quinlan did the same thing. They would occasionally talk about the food and something Izik had no idea about and was not really interested in.
Placing down his utensils before he wiped his lips with the napkin, Izik eyed Aleksi and Quinlan. "I have one last question." The two only looked at him. "What's the name of the guild?"
Aleksi grinned so wide, his face was full of pride as he replied, "Seasons of the Storm."
