l turned around and looked back at her.Did she really call me.l looked around but saw no one else."Please, don't leave!"she said looking at me.The men who surrounded her didn't stop assaulting her since they knew fully well that no one was around."Come on darling,stop wasting your energy screaming,no one is coming."They stripped her, and each of them,one at a time,began kissing her everywhere with their hands all over her.l heard a faint whisper which became louder and louder with time,"Possess! Possess!"l neared one of the men and magically l was him,well in him.l held my hand in a grip and hit them one by one all their attention was now on me and all of them charged towards me.Luckily,there was a steel rod beside me.l quickly took it and hit them mercilessly.Once l was done with them, l disposed the body l possessed and walked towards the girl."You can see me?"l asked and just before she answered me she fainted.l clothed her and waited for her to regain her conscious.
Suddenly,l found myself at a park.l then saw the girl l had saved.She was holding a suitcase with a lady, who l suppose was her mother, kneeling while begging a man not to throw them out but the man insisted and even threatened to call the police if they remained.
ln a split second, l was at a house. l saw the same girl being beaten by a woman.
"What's this?"the woman asked.
"But that's all l could get,"she answered as another slap landed on her cheeks
"What do you mean by that you got up that early to only bring this home?You eat,drink,live and sleep at my expense and this is what you can afford to bring?"
Her mother interceded for her and told the woman that she would also go out and look for money if it meant that she would stop hitting her daughter but the woman said, "Oh sister,mum told me to help you out so l can't let you go out there in the brutal world to look for money and who's going to do the chores when you're gone,come on your daughter will do all the work."
She regained her consciousness, putting the train of memories to a stand still.l repeated the question l had asked her before she passed out,"You can see me?"She answered in a small and shaky voice,"What do you mean by that,"l told her that no one can see me except for her since l was dead.Of course she didn't believe me so l then demonstrated for her by passing through a post.She was shocked and didn't say a word."l don't pose any harm and to be honest l don't want to be here right now but l don't have any say.But ...l can be of help,"
"How can you possibly help me,l mean you're.."
"l can offer you a job, it's not a weird one like dealing with dead bodies or anything and plus you'll earn tons of money,"
"Do ghosts even have money?"
"l don't know but l have some money l left around while still alive,so,are you on it or not?You don't have to answer me now l can wait."
"l'll do it,"
She sounded desperate and and who can she blame?She was in dire need of money. We walked to her house and when we reached her aunt ,who was sitting outside of her house occupied on her phone, said ,"You're early today,mind to share your today's experience,"
"l didn't earn any money today,l....was fired."
"What!!!"with an angry tone. Her aunt walked straight to her and before she could slap her l possessed her and held her hand.l tried to resist the urge of slapping her and pushing her to the ground.
"l'm moving out, correction we,"
"Haha,nice joke,"
"Do l look like l'm joking?"
"Assuming you are saying the truth,where are you going?"
"Somewhere l'll never see you again and l guess all the money l have ever given you and the work you've made my mom do is enough to cover for all the expenses that we owe you,"l said this and quickly walked into the house and called out for her mom.She came and l told her to quickly pack her bags for we were to leave.She wanted to question me but seeing the anger and seriousness on my face she did as l told her.After packing we immediately left and took a taxi.l had an idea of where p could take them.Aside from my parents' mansion l had an apartment where l used to go for to escape from everything and in there l had a bank card which was filled with millions of money.l instructed the taxi driver to head there.The was an awkward atmosphere as her mother keenly looked at me.l had to look away to avoid any questions from her which could arouse suspicion.
"Don't worry,we'll be okay from now on,"l said finally so that she could relax.
