I took a hot bath and felt instantly refreshed. I did not feel any tiredness from the previous day’s journey. I could hear Balu in the kitchen. I put the camera batteries to charge and connected the camera to my laptop.
Most of the photos turned out to be good, with the night shots of elephants drinking water at the stream turning out to be excellent. The best set was from the tall trees and the beehives shining in the wonderful moonlight. The drops of honey waiting to fall from the beehives were dazzling in the moonlight. The photos from the dam catchment area had also come out really well.
I added the photos to my article and created a story around the pictures. I realized that the photos of the beehives and the tall trees were the ones that define the trip so far.
The innocence of kids at the tribal village shone clearly, looking at the viewer. I realised that the article was turning out to be a good one. I decided to finish it with shots of the festival and play tonight.
