Kevin's heart skipped a beat as he heard the voice.
It was a soft, feminine voice which sounded playful yet dangerous.
He slowly turned his head, careful not to make any sudden movements that could give away his position.
As he looked out from behind the bushes, he saw a figure approaching.
The figure was shrouded in darkness, but Kevin could make out the shape of a woman's body and couldn't see her face.
She seemed to be scanning the area, her eyes darting back and forth as if searching for something.
Kevin's mind raced. Who was this woman? Was she a friend or a foe? And how had she found him despite his Cloak of Invisibility?
He had been using the cloak to hide from potential threats and was not ready to be discovered.
As the woman drew closer, Kevin could see that she was holding something in her hand. It was a wand, he realized, and the tip was glowing faintly.
He tensed up, ready to defend himself if necessary.
