Chapter 8 - 8

Inside Aiko's room, Takashi and Aiko were sleeping completely naked and covered in each other's fluids without knowing what was going on.

Genji reached outside Aiko's room. As he was about to turn the doorknob, he noticed something shiny on the floor. He bent down and saw a silver earring resting on the floor next to his daughter's bedroom door.

He picked up the earring "This is Ayaka's earring, and why is it covered in some sticky fluid?"

"What is going on today?" Genji was confused.

Inside the room, Takashi awoke to the sound of a gruff voice coming from outside the door. He felt his heart racing as he frantically looked around for his clothes. As he began to realize where he was and why he was there, he began to feel a little nervous.

He had been sleeping in his sister's bed, completely naked. The voice outside the room continued, and Takashi realized that it was his father. He quickly scrambled out of bed and grabbed whatever clothing he could find, trying to cover himself as much as possible. Aiko was still sound asleep, and he silently prayed she would stay that way.

"Thankfully, it's only Genji and not Ayaka." Takashi let out a sigh of relief and calmed down a little.

Genji put the earring in his pocket. As he was doing that, he heard the doorknob turn, and the door opened. He was taken aback by the sight before him. Takashi stood there, only wearing a pair of pants.

Genji could smell the scent of sex emanating from the room. He stared at Takashi, his expression a mixture of anger, shock, and disappointment. He glared at his adopted son, whom he had raised for over a decade.

Takashi stared back at him with a smug expression.

"Takashi, what is the meaning of this?" He yelled angrily.

"Shut up, dad!" Takashi ordered with an authoritative voice. "Let's go down and talk; you don't need to wake up the whole house for this."

Takashi looked inside and saw that Aiko was still soundly asleep. "She must be really tired." He muttered under his breath.

Genji was shocked that his well-mannered son talked back to him in such a tone. He wanted to yell again at Takashi, but right now he felt a little intimidated by his own son.

The two of them walked downstairs and sat on the kitchen chair.

"So, dad, what were you asking me?" Takashi asked with his arms crossed tightly over his chest, and his foot tapping impatiently against the ground.

Genji sat nervously near the kitchen table, gripping the arms of his chair tightly. He stared across the table, his eyes wide and anxious, as his son towered over him. His son had grown so tall, so quickly, that he couldn't help but feel intimidated.

"I…I" He nervously cleared his throat and tried to begin speaking, but his voice was barely a whisper. He looked away, unable to make eye contact, but his son's stern gaze remained fixed on him.

"I was ju…just wondering wha… What were you doing in Aiko's room?"

Genji fumbled for the words, his hands shaking, and he finally managed to get out a few stuttered sentences.

"Genji, you have no right to question me. You have been a terrible father, you were never there for us. You were never around for holidays, birthdays, or any of the festivals. You were never there for us when we needed you. You were never around to help us with our homework, or to support us when we were feeling down."

"You were never there for us when we needed a father figure in our lives. You were too busy with work and your own selfish ambitions to even bother, and I would not complain if you were at least rich and successful."

"You even failed at one thing you focused on, you are a failure. You also couldn't keep Mom happy and satisfied. Mom also told me a lot about you, and trust me, none of the things she said were nice. You are a failure as a father, as a husband, and as a man."

Genji just sat in the armchair, his head bowed and his eyes cast downward.

[Takashi is right I have been a terrible father and husband]

"Let me ask you one thing, dad, do you want to fix all your mistakes and right all your wrongs?"

Genji replied while trembling and sobbing, "Yes…yes, Please. Sob. I will do anything to fix my family."

"Good, you can fix all of your mistakes. I will help you right all your wrongs, and from now on I will be in charge of this house. "All you have to do is listen to my every command, do you understand?"

[Since I failed so badly to fulfill my role as a husband and a father, I should let him be the one in control from now on.]

"Yes." Genji readily agreed.

'Should I make him transfer all his property to me right now or should I wait? Although he is weak-willed and easy to bully, asking for all his property might be pushing it too far.'

"Good, the first thing you are going to do is transfer all the money you have in your bank account right now to my account, and starting from now you will give me every penny you earn."

"Second thing, starting tomorrow, you are not allowed to go upstairs. So, pack everything you need and bring it to the guest room; that will now be your room."

"You also don't need to care about what I do with Aiko and Ayaka, all you need to know is that I am doing what makes them happy, Is everything clear?"

Genji felt a sharp pain in his heart when Takashi mentioned Ayaka, but he still nodded his head.

"Do you have any questions for me, Genji?"

"N..o"

"Good, so Genji, get moving, You only have until tomorrow morning to move all your stuff downstairs." Takashi stood up and started walking back upstairs.

"Takashi wait." Genji expressed his concern.

"What?" Takashi asked in a stern voice.

Genji took out Ayaka's earring and handed it to Takashi. "I found this outside Aiko's room."

"Interesting"
