A person dressed in all black stepped forward and handed a letter to Morsan, then spoke to him.
A letter?
Morsan contemplated it as typically, only those close to him would use the method of writing letters to contact him.
When communicating with people within the organization, they tended to use a secured language.
But when contacting relatives outside, since those relatives hadn't undergone strict training, they had not shared the secured language with others.
Even the relatives they were closest to had not been told.
Thus, those relatives on the outside would only use letters to reach out to them.
And upon learning that someone had written him a letter, Morsan immediately began to ponder in his mind.
Who had written this letter to him?
Was it his brother, Morse?
It shouldn't be, right?
After all, Morse had only written to him a few days ago; it made no sense for him to write another in such a short period.
Then... who had written the letter?
