After driving for twenty-five minutes, Jed finally arrived at Tesla STEM High School and pulled over In front of the school gate.
"Ladies, We are here." Jed warmly said to Monica and Theresa who were discussing girls' stuff while coming out of the Presidential limousine to open the passenger's door for them.
Going round the Presidential limousine, Jed opened the passenger's door for Monica and Theresa to come out while bowing down at them with a smile on his face.
"Thanks, Jed! Monica, let's go! You know those students have been waiting for us to come so that they can start learning." Theresa thanked Jed warmly while grabbing Monica's arm and dragging her towards the school gate.
"I know, Okay? Hahaha!! Can you please let go of my hand??." Monica asked Theresa warmly while giggling.
"No way!! I'm not stupid to let go of your hand so don't even think of It." Theresa replied Monica sternly while pulling her towards the school gate.
"Fine! Whatever!! But I can walk by myself and what would Mrs. Eleanor Taylor say or how would she feel when she sees you dragging me like a...,"
"Okay, Fine! But we are holding hands!!" Theresa said to Monica sternly, Interrupting her from saying what she wanted to say while gesturing for Jed to accompany them Into the school building.
"Jed, You shouldn't have opened the limo door for us...We have hands, You know??." Monica said to Jed warmly while pouting cutely as Theresa led her toward the school building.
"It's nothing, Miss Anderson...I mean that's my job as your Head Of Security." Jed replied Monica In a stuttering tone while wondering If Monica was okay because Monica loves it when the limo door Is opened for her.
"Fine! Whatever you say." Monica replied Jed In a hoarse tone while rolling her eyes at him.
"Miss Anderson, did I say something wrong??." Jed asked Monica softly while looking at Theresa.
"Jed! Go back to the White House...We are going Inside now...We are gonna see you later." Theresa said to Jed warmly as she led Monica Into the school compound.
"But...,"
"(Sighs!!!) You get scared easily." Theresa mumbled softly while sighing heavily as she stopped on her tracks.
"Are you getting yourself worked up because of the way she talked to you??." Theresa asked Jed warmly while staring at him.
"Yeah...I guess." Jed replied Theresa In a stuttering tone.
"Jed, She's not angry with you...She's just angry that I was dragging her Inside the school building like a goat...Who wouldn't be angry when his or her friend drags him or her like an animal??." Theresa said to Jed warmly while looking at him inquisitively.
"(Sighs!!!) Hmm, Maybe I was worried for nothing." Jed replied Theresa warmly while sighing heavily In relief.
"That's why I said you get scared easily." Theresa said to Jed warmly while smirking at him.
"You said that?? When??." Jed asked Theresa anxiously while looking at her anxiously.
"Jed!! Go back to the White House and I mean right now!!!" Monica ordered Jed sternly while glaring daggers at him.
"Alright, Call me when you girls are ready to go home." Jed said to Monica warmly while smiling at Theresa.
"We will, Jed! Bye!!" Theresa replied Jed warmly with a smile on her face while winking at him and waving goodbye at him as he got Into the Presidential limousine.
"Theresa!!!" Monica called angrily In a gritted tone while walking Into the school building.
"Okay! Okay! I'm coming In...Hahahaha!!!" Theresa said to Monica warmly while giggling as she followed her Into the school building.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Eleanor Taylor was pacing up and down the school hallway when she sighted Monica and Theresa entering the school hallway.
"(Sighs!!!)" Mrs. Eleanor Taylor sighed heavily In relief before taking a deep breath.
"Miss Anderson!!" Mrs. Eleanor Taylor shouted angrily.
"Good morning, Mrs. Eleanor...,"
"Keep your greeting to yourself, Young lady!!" Mrs. Eleanor Taylor shouted angrily while glaring at Monica and Theresa coldly.
"I'm sorry?" Monica said out while looking at Mrs. Eleanor Taylor In shock.
"You are sorry?! Huh?! Do you know what the time Is??!! 11:am!! Why will you be coming to school by this time?! Have you lost It?! Huh?!" Mrs. Eleanor asked Monica angrily while glaring at Theresa who was already trembling.
"Ma'am, Please with due respect I'm asking you to stop yelling!! Have I ever been late before? Huh?! I had something to deal with that's why I came to school late, Okay!! So please you really need to keep your voice down because my friend hates It whenever they shout at her...You are making her to suffer from anxiety In case you don't know." Monica replied Mrs. Eleanor Taylor angrily while glaring at her.
"So what you are trying to tell me Is that you couldn't come to school and take your lessons before going to deal with whatever It Is you went to deal with...Is that what you are trying to tell me now??." Mrs. Eleanor Taylor asked Monica angrily while glaring at her.
"Ma'am, I know you are pissed with me because I came to school late and I'm sincerely sorry for that...I'm also sorry for talking back at you rudely...I shouldn't have done that...That was way out of line and disrespectful...Please forgive me, Ma'am." Monica replied Mrs. Eleanor Taylor apologetically while dropping down on her knees.
Students who were watching the scene froze In shock. They couldn't believe their eyes and ears because the Monica they know will never apologize or kneel before anybody.
"Wait...Wh...Wh...What are you doing Why are you kneeling?? Please get up...You aren't supposed to kneel down and besides, It's fine even If you came late...I...I...I was just pulling your legs...You know I'm not mad at you, right? I was just trying my acting skills...I...I...I didn't mean...Miss Anderson, Please get up...Please."Mrs. Eleanor Taylor said to Monica In fear while trying to make her get up.
"(Sobs!) (Sobs!!) (Sobs!!!) Ma'am, I know I was wrong to come to school this late so please discipline me like the way you discipline others for coming late to school, or else I won't stand up...And please forgive me for talking to you rudely...I'm very sorry...It won't happen again." Monica replied Mrs. Eleanor Taylor apologetically while sobbing.
"Miss Anderson, Please get up...Theresa, What's happening? Why won't she listen to me?? Why won't she get up?... Please, Theresa...Help me to tell her to get up...Please." Mrs. Eleanor Taylor said to Monica In a pleading tone before asking Theresa to help her out.
"Ma'am, I'm sorry to say this but I don't think she will listen to me...I think you have to do what she wants otherwise she won't get up...Even If I beg her to." Theresa replied Mrs. Eleanor Taylor warmly while staring at Monica In shock and disbelief.
"(Sighs!!!) Okay, I will forgive you but on two conditions." Mrs. Eleanor Taylor said to Monica warmly while sighing heavily In defeat.
"Please tell me the condition...I will do It no matter what It Is." Monica replied Mrs. Eleanor Taylor happily while using the back of her right palm to clean her tears.
"You have to promise me that you will never come to school late again and you have to also promise me that you will stop being an Introvert...Can you do that?" Mrs. Eleanor Taylor said to Monica nonchalantly while slowly squatting down before her.
"What?! Stop being an Introvert?! That's Impossible, Ma'am...Monica has always been an Introvert and you know It." Theresa said to Mrs. Eleanor Taylor In a panicked tone.
"Yeah, I do! But It's my punishment for her...She Is always shrinking from social contacts and she Is always preoccupied with her own thoughts and It's not good for her so that's why I made It my punishment for her." Mrs. Eleanor Taylor replied Theresa warmly while smiling at her as she got up and slowly walked up to her.
"Wait, What?! You can't just ask her to change overnight! It's...,"
"Theresa, Miss Anderson asked me to discipline her like the way I will discipline others for coming to school late and I've just done that so why are you bothered about It? Do you have a problem with my disciplinary method?" Mrs. Eleanor Taylor said to Theresa sternly while glaring at her Inquisitively.
"Ma'am, I don't mean to disrespect you as our school principal but I have a problem with your disciplinary method....Monica can't make the promise of changing herself...She was born that way...Look at her...She's fidgeting and that's to tell you that she can't do what you are asking of her...Ma'am, Please reconsider....,"
"It's okay, Theresa! I can do It!" Monica said to Theresa calmly while Interrupting her.
"You can do It?." Theresa asked Monica In shock while staring at her In disbelief because she wasn't sure she heard right.
"Theresa, I said I can do It...I wasn't born an Introvert...My parents made me Into this monster that you all see but because of what you said to me on the phone...I'm willing to change and be better...I wanna be better...I wanna make you proud of me and to prove how serious I am...I'm willing to start socializing with everyone starting from the " Drama Club," then down to the rest students and teachers of Tesla Stem High School." Monica said to Theresa warmly while smiling at Mrs. Eleanor Taylor.
"Wow, Monica! I don't know what to say but I have long waited for you to come out of your shell...I'm glad you finally did." Theresa replied Monica warmly while hugging her.
Students who were watching the scene didn't know when they started shedding tears of joy and they couldn't help but clap and cheer In excitement.
