"If you're here to get us to talk again,it won't work. We're not going to reveal anything.You might as well just kill us already,"I heard Elana's voice say.
Kill? These people were going to kill them if they don't talk? Talk about what even? Is it about what they told me earlier; about they being sent by... what's his name again..um..Raiden?
There was a ten second silence after Elana spoke.
"Take them both to the torture room,"I shivered when I heard the firm and cold voice say
T-torture room? They were going to torture them?
I heard the struggles of Elana and Xyra as they were being taken away. And I tensed when I felt the person with the chilling aura approach me.
Am I next? I tried to free myself from the hold of the person keeping me in place but my efforts proved to be futile.
My heart beat even faster when the person now stood in front of me.
"Please let me go.I promise I'm not the person you're looking for.This is a misunderstanding I don't...".
My mind froze and the words I wanted to say got stuck in my throat when I felt ice cold fingers on my neck; exactly where my mark is.
"It really is the same Artian mark."
I heard the person say and then he let go of my neck,much to my relief.
Didn't any one hear me when I said earlier that it's all a misunderstanding? Or should I repeat it again? Would these people even hear me out?
"Who sent you? State your relation to the phyton gang."
Why is this person asking me this question when I clearly said earlier that I'm not the one they want.
"I'm being honest; I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know anything about this phyton gang you're talking about. I've never even heard of them. Please let me go."
I hoped this time they'd believe me and leave me be,but...
"You only get one chance to answer honestly,or else I'll have to force the truth out of you. Your choice."
The person's tone was cold and serious, which made me tense up even more now.
I was about to speak,when suddenly, I heard two loud sounds... which sounded like gun shots.
And then I heard the door flung open,and I felt the presence of more people in the room.
Were those really gun shots? Did they just shoot Xyra and Elana?
What was going to happen to me?!
Before I could get over the shock, I heard more gun noises.
My heart beat accelerated even more.
And then in less than half a minute, everything went dead quiet again,so much that one could hear the footsteps of an ant.
I could feel some sort of warm liquid on my hand and I felt disgusted because I knew it didn't come from me.
WHAT IN GOD'S NAME JUST HAPPENED!!!

Outside the building,a man disguised as a guard,with a few men also in disguise following behind him, managed to get inside without being suspected .
Getting past all the many guards without being questioned or suspected was almost impossible,but they managed to do it.
But they knew they didn't have much time to complete their mission and get out of there.
Even though they were armed and could defend themselves if the need arises,they weren't even certain that they'd get out of there in one piece after completing their tasks.
Even so, they were going to complete their mission of finishing off those two women as Raiden instructed; even if they ended up dead or they remained alive.
Finally,they spotted their targets being dragged to a certain room.
This was their chance to shoot them...but...if they did that the loud sounds of the gun would alert the others,and it would be extremely difficult to fight off all of them since they were only few and probably outnumbered by the guards.
However they figured it was better to shoot and get killed by the guards than to fail to shoot and face Raiden's wrath in the end.
Finally making the decision,the one leading them aimed the two guns he held in his hands at both the guards and the women and fired two shots simultaneously. Unfortunately,the bullets missed the guards since they spotted it quickly and managed to dodge it, however it did hit the women,and they both fell dead.
The guards fired back at the intruders, but they managed to escape.
It didn't take long for more guards to arrive,and very soon the intruders had no where to run since guards had surrounded them and blocked both the right and left exits.
Having no other choice, they stepped back and went into the room behind them.
However seconds after they entered they were surrounded from all sides again,and it was clear there was no escaping since they were way outnumbered.
Even still, they tried to defend themselves by firing at the guards. The guards countered their onslaughts by firing back.
The bullet war intensified with each passing second,with blood spluttering everywhere:until there were only two intruders left.
But it still seemed that the intruders had not accepted defeat yet, because they still remained standing and determined as they held out their guns.
One of them shifted their gaze to Zilan,who stood there with his hands in his pockets and an unfazed expression on his face.
Getting pissed at the fact that Zilan didn't even seem bothered by his presence or the fact that he was staring daggers at him,the intruder aimed his gun at him,but...
Before he could pull the trigger,he was shot,and he fell first on his knees, and the rest of his body followed soon after.
The last intruder remaining also fired but his bullet hit no one,just glass:and he was also shot in both legs,and then dragged away.

It felt like I just witnessed a war and I could picture how everything happened, judging from the sounds I heard, even though I still couldn't see anything due to the blindfold which still covered my eyes.
After the first two gunshots the dead silence in the room evaporated and I heard more gunshots. Accompanying the sounds of flying bullets, I heard the sound of glass shattering,and I felt something sharp and cold cut against my skin,and a sharp pain soon after.
Warm liquid which I knew was mine this time trickled down my arms,and I started to feel very dizzy.
Everything went mute around me and the only sound I could hear was my own heartbeat.
My eyes felt heavy,my legs betrayed me by refusing to support me anymore and I started to sway.
With that, I fell unconscious for a second time.
