It's not even a joke anymore and it's even more possible. For her to destroy the two of them, considering that she had already destroyed two Syndicates that are not even weak. They're clearly song strong that they can bend the law but for Andrea's syndicate to ruin them, it's too possible.
But she insisted not to call her Madame, so it's not offending.
