The night grew even more deeper, everyone is asleep. The night city, where all lights twinkled, reflected and could be seen above started to flicker, one by one until the whole world is embraced by darkness.
The world succumbs to the silence with only a few noises coming from the passing cars, nature, and electrical noises. Peace came, signifying that the night is getting not anymore young.
However, one soul stood against the darkness, smoking at the top. She has no fear of getting caught or spotted. Who would be awake at such an hour right now? No one, not even those night shift cops.
After all, it was already midnight. Sure she could see a few ones walking on the streets but she sure damn knows they won't even notice her. Luxia was on the roof top, at the most edge part of the building where she could slip and fall to her death.
But it doesn't scare her at all. Would she be daring if she's not?
