Ray glanced between Solaris smiling widely and General Rayos pointing a gun toward her boyfriend. She sighed and rolled her eyes before reaching her hand between them with a face painted with annoyance.
"We all know what happens when a police officer shoots someone with unreasonable intent unless they tried to fight back with the intent of injuring or killing you. Surely a General knows what I am talking about, right?"
She stared into General Rayos' eyes as if warning him. General Rayos felt a shiver run down his spine when he saw her cold gaze. The other officers noticed her expression too, and they could tell she wasn't pleased with what just happened.
"We're here to help and I understand why you guys are distrustful, but pointing a gun toward us before you could confirm and hear all of our information and why we're doing this is just straight-up rude and would be another reason for me not to trust the police and the higher-ups." Ray continued to mutter.
