Dear Uncle Isaac Devinsky was invited to the lavish birthday party because he's the Royal Court Advisor, the one and only King Mistichestor's right hand man. Uncle David Devinsky was also formally invited because he's the right hand man of Abbot Everson, who's invited because the birthday boy wanted to join the Monastery. Since two of the Devinsky siblings were invited, the Royal Court might as well invite the other two Devinsky siblings since Eric Devinsky also holds a seat in court and Noah Devinsky was a professor at the Monastery before she began working in the Royal Palace's archive.
