Selena's POV
Skyler became busy on the days that followed, but he made sure to spend his night with me talking, laughing, and making love, and we cuddled until I fell asleep in his arms.
I wanted to ask him what he was doing with his dad, but I didn't want him to think I was being nosy. I felt happy he started to enjoy himself again, unlike when I first arrived at his house, he mostly stayed in his room.
Stanley kept asking me to come with him to his office every time Sky left with their dad, and I had no choice but to spend my days in his office. He wanted me to start working, but I declined his offer since I wished to be with Skyler.
"Do you know what your brother and father are doing now?" I asked as I helped him with his emails. I was using his laptop while he was busy at his table, signing some important documents.
