Selena's POV
"What did you say?" I asked with my eyes as big as saucers, and I almost spit the food on my mouth after I heard what Skyler said.
"Are you okay, Selena? It felt like something was happening to you; you seemed distracted today. It is still early in the morning, and yet, you're starting it the wrong way." He responded.
"I said I would take your challenge; you were right; the only way to make you leave my house is to agree with you. Besides, I had been thinking about it overnight, and I concluded that it would be beneficial for me." Sky added, and I couldn't stop feeling hurt.
Is he that eager to get rid of me?
"The sooner we will do it, the better." He continued as he turned his head in my direction as if he could see my face.
"Well, you surprised me; I didn't expect you would agree to it," I responded and fanned my face with my hand since it suddenly felt hot in the dining hall.
