"Hello? Hello?! Hey!"
Micheal snapped out of it and returned his gaze to the customer standing in front of him. She was an old woman with gray hair that made her look even older.
Irritated, he asked, "what?"
"Hmph!" She scoffed, "I ought to report you to your boss, what rude service."
And I ought to bash your head into a wall till your old brain pops out.
"I'm sorry ma'am, I forgot myself for a moment. What can I do for you?"
"Sorry for your silly self. I don't want your help, I'd rather talk to your boss, Kelly. At least she has an atom of decency." She said and left.
"Good riddance," he muttered, and got back to what had been occupying his mind.
It would have been easier for him if he hadn't gotten this job, at least he would have been stationed outside The Scope's building by now.
After learning about her arrival from Simon yesterday, he hadn't gotten a wink of sleep.
