CHAPTER 59 – My Thanks
Standing on a balcony in the palace, King Blaze watched the garden with a grim expression on his face.
"I do not know if I should be happy or not. I know it seems like I am forcing this on her but it is for her good."
He shook his head and let his thoughts trail off.
A few moments after, he felt a hand wrap around his back, jolting him out of his train of thought.
But before he could turn, her face came into view with the most unique and true smile he had ever seen.
"Dawn."
"Blaze," both of them stared into each other's eyes, smiling like two youngsters in love as they communicated their innermost worry to the other.
"I understand," she voiced. "It is not your fault for wanting the best for her."
"I know, Dawn but..."
