Alexandra who was flying like a jet quickly arrived at Wutai village once again. But this time, she wasn't quite in a good mood. And without her mood stabilizer Ramiel. She was pissed.
She crashed right at Fort Tamblin's gates and immediately brandished her sword for a small greeting. "Halfmoon slash!" She charged up energy like a bomb ready to explode as the veins in her arm bulged.
With an almost invisible swing. A thin line of energy was released from her sword as she slashed horizontally in an angle so her attack won't hit any civilian housing.
After a few seconds the top half of Fort Tamblin began to slide away from the bottom one which was rooted to the ground. And the peak of the mountain right behind it slowly slid down as well.
"Godo Kisaragi! You damned piece of trash! You dare make my brother experience feel bad!?" Alexandra roared as she stomped on the ground. Making the whole village quake.
One Godo Kisaragi immediately escaped the falling top half of the fort that signified their rule. Quickly groveling down in front of Alexandra who clearly has a hair trigger fuse. Especially when it concerned her brother.
"Alexandra-san, we can talk about this." Godo was sweating bullets and was cursing his politicians like a sailor in his mind.
"Enough talk, Kisaragi. We upheld our part of the deal. Your troops have negligible amounts of casualties as you can see. You insinuate that the problem is your people. But as their leader, isn't it your sole job for this war to keep them in check and follow your command? You had one job... One." Alexandra's getting more heated as she spoke. And Godo clearly could feel her murderous intent that was being tightly held back by pure will.
"Y-yes. Just give us a chance! I swear that this will never happen again! I promise on my life!" Godo put his forehead on the ground as he begged for mercy. Alex was about to rebut again, but she heard a cry from one Yuffie Kisaragi, who was in her mother's hands.
She frowned heavily and clicked her tongue. "No excuses next time, give us a report on what happened. Your politicians will disappear by tomorrow." Alex gave an ultimatum and Godo sighed in relief.
"But... I will rule this island once the war is over, you hear me? You're too incompetent to be put into your job. Can't even reign in your subordinates, pathetic. Humans are greedy, lustful for power, and proud. Even my brother and I aren't an exception to this. And they all bow against absolute might. But keep them comfortable and they'll serve you like a dog. Kill the rebels and give the others reason to keep following you. Isn't that ruling 101? And you can't even do that in your old age. What an embarrassment, I'm watching you." Alex left and Godo immediately checked on his wife and daughter.
"Are you two okay?" Godo asked his wife Kasumi and she nodded after a few seconds, still trembling in her sandals. While the infant in her hands kept crying still.
"A-anata... Who is that girl? Is she a deity?" Kasumi mistakenly thought Alexandra was a goddess. Her awesome might was too much for her normal mind.
"No... She isn't, but they might be the closest one you can think of as one." Godo looked at the fort that got sliced in half. And the mountain behind it missing a part of its peak.

Lazard was talking with Ramiel and he frowned heavily when he got the message. "So Wutai had some experimental monsters within their midst huh? You think they have more of it?" Lazard inquired.
"I think so, yeah. There were only four of them here, those things could deal with 2nd class reliably. They're even more reliable than SOLDIER honestly, with just how durable and violent those things seem to be. Though they lack versatility, I guess we'll wait here for more troops. Alex just sliced a part of a mountain. They won't mess things up another time." Ramiel sighed, shaking his head at Alex's decisive displays of power.
"Hah, I don't even know what we'd do without you. She's always ready to scrap and eliminate anything in her way. Thanks though, for keeping the corpses. We can at least send their bodies or belongings to their families..." Lazard's voice got softer.
"Yeah, it's the least I could do. Bye, just update me if anything comes up later." Ramiel ended the call and he took out a chair, sitting down on it as he looked at the sky.
"Damn, I guess things could still get ugly even though you prepared a lot." Ramiel took out the dog tags of the soldiers and his eyes twitched.
He then grasped them in his hand tightly. But not enough to deform the identifications. As some of the corpses needed it so they could be at least be known.
"Things won't get any easier from here." Ramiel stood up and started building a house near the beach so he could shack up with Alexandra. As they will be having an impromptu vacation for a couple of months until Shinra is able to send out some troops once again.
And according to Lazard's report that he received a couple of days ago. Shinra was cracking down on Avalanche to crush the insurgence in its infancy. So they would most likely send out a smaller amount of troops.
"More time I guess." Ramiel gave a wry smile and snorted. Giving the finishing touches to a nice little stone house that he shaped with his manipulation of the earth.
He heard a whistling sound and thought that Alexandra was nearby. After a few seconds, a Sonic boom ripped through the air and it stopped right above him. Alexandra not minding the hundreds of g's she's putting her body on.
"You've been quite busy there." Ramiel patted her head and she started to calm down when he did so. But Alex sensed the melancholic feel he has on him and was pissed once again.
"Yeah, nii-san. Why are we even trying to take over this island with the help of Shinra? We can just get it over with already and come back to Nibelheim." Alexandra pouted at him and Ramiel sighed.
"You know that won't work, Alex. As powerful as we are, we don't really have any people yet. And the ones that we were supposed to have after this war just got killed." Ramiel went quiet and Alexandra frowned heavily. Gritting her teeth violently as her slit pupils went even sharper.
"Nothing can be done, don't be hasty. Did you get a proper payment for their deaths at least?" Ramiel frowned at his words, thinking that was wrong. But that's basically what it was.
"I told Godo that I will be ruling Wutai after the war. I'll make him the representative, but I'll be doing all the major decisions. By the way, he'll be sending those who are involved and needed to be culled right away. Trouble needs to be taken out at first notice after all." Alex squinted her eyes and she would definitely pulverize them later.
"Good, then we rest for now. We will be waiting here for some time again. Let's at least train in another island so we don't destroy the landmass even further." Ramiel chuckled and Alex pouted at him.
"I only took out a bit of the mountain! You were ready to sink the southern part of the island to the bottom of the ocean earlier. You just held back at the last second, I saw your arms' tension relax by a lot." Alex huffed at him.
"I doubt my blow would've sunk a part of the island, but sure. Great job in holding back though, I know you can cut that mountain in half. And that would really bring some trouble." Ramiel ruffled her hair, feeling a bit more lively now.
He then gestured for her to enter the small house he made and they furbished it for their relatively long stay at Wutai.
