At Rags and Riches,
"Let's go?" Ricky extended his hand towards Isobelle. Isobelle held his hand and in doing so toppled the half filled red wine glass.
"Oops.. it's all on my dress." She frowned.
"I've to clean this right now or the stain won't go away." she whined.
Ricky thought for a few seconds and said, "Come on,"
"Where?"
"Just come.."
He pulled her to a lift placed in a remote corner of the bar. They stepped in and Ricky pressed his thumb against the biometric lock.
"Where are we going?"
"My home." Ricky replied.
"You live here?"
"Yeah"
The lift door opened to a comfy looking condo.
"Come in.." Ricky walked Isobelle in.
"Wow, it's a beautiful home." Isobelle said with a lively smile.
Ricky showed her to the bathroom and gave her a bathrobe to change into.
Ricky hardly invited anyone to his condo. It had been several years since Alec or Dwane last visited.
Michelle wasn't even aware where Ricky lived.
Even the bar staff weren't aware of the remotely placed lift.
Only a cleaning guy would come once a week to clean the place.
Isobelle stepped out wearing the bathrobe, Ricky continued to stare at with his eyebrows raised.
"What?" She asked shyly.
"The dress. I'll put it in the washer."
Isobelle felt foolish at herself ,
"ah.. yes.. the dress.. here." She clumsily said, giving him the dress.
Ricky went in while Isobelle looked around his house. It had a warm ambience.
She saw Ricky stepping out of his room,
"You didn't tell me that you live here, upstairs." She slightly chuckled.
He walked towards him and to his surprise she hugged him,
"I'm feeling cold." She said in a child-like manner.
Ricky reciprocated and hugged her tighter, placing his face on the crook of her neck as he inhaled her sweet fragrance.
He closed his eyes shut and deeply relished the intimacy between them.
It wasn't the first time they hugged, but they hadn't been more intimate than hugging. But this time both of them could feel the unfamiliar fire that had ignited within them.
Restraining himself Ricky undid the hug and took a step back. But Isobelle threw her hands over his shoulder and got closer to him. Lifting her head up Isobelle moved her lips closer to Ricky,
"What's stopping you Ricky?" She whispered, noticing his hesitance.
"If I kiss you now, I won't be able to control myself." he seductively replied.
"Then don't."
Not wasting any time Ricky smashed his lips against her. They exchanged a soft yet passionate kiss for more than a minute.
Parting her lips from his, Isobelle panted for breath, but Ricky on the other hand, didn't waste a moment, he picked her up and walked towards his rooms.
Throwing her on his bed he quickly got on top of her.
"Told you I can't…" Ricky couldn't even bring himself to complete his words and kissed her lips again.
He continued to kiss her as he took off his shirt and pants. Sensing the cold temperature, he wrapped them both with a warm blanket and moved his hand to her waist and slowly undid the bathrobe knot.
Ricky gently moved his fingers on her bare belly.
Isobelle trembled at his touch. "Ricky.." she moaned.
"Yes my precious.." he replied and slowly slid away the bathrobe from her body.
She wrapped her arms and legs around him and arched her body to be closer to his.
Ricky buried his face on her crook and Isobelle moved her body engulfing herself in his warmth.
Their foreplay lasted way longer than any average loving couple before they indulged in vehement love-making.
After going to Town on each other, they laid close, hugging each other as if they were two bodies but a single soul.
"Ricky" she softly called him out,
"Hm.." he replied as he continued to delicately stroke her back.
"I have to confess something." She paused for a few seconds and continued,
"I ran a background check on you after our first date."
Ricky's hand suddenly froze on her back. Ricky was aware of the background check, but the fact that he had hidden all details of his family almost skipped his mind.
"What did you find?" he hesitantly asked.
"I found exactly what I was looking for." She smiled and planted a soft kiss on his cheeks.
Ricky was taken aback with her reply.
"What?"
"Someone independent and self-made."
"Well, that I am." Ricky proudly replied.
He was indeed self made and hadn't used his family name or wealth to his benefit. Even though what Isobelle said was true, Ricky felt guilty for hiding his truth from her.
A family name is indeed a major part of one's identity even though he didn't consider it to be.
Unaware of Ricky's hesitance, Isobelle leaned further closer to him and placed her face on his chest as she closed her eyes. Ricky continued to gently stroke her back, soon enough they drifted to sleep in each other's arms.
