Two weeks?

There's no way they could have been trapped in the barrier for such a short period!

I mean, it's already been four years since communication with the southern Herssian was lost.

And no matter how many people were sent here, none of them came back!

Something doesn't add up here.

This makes no sense at all!

My mind was trying to process all possible scenarios at high speed.

"Sir? Why did you stop dancing? Do you feel bad?"

Unfortunately, I wasn't in the best situation to do something like that.

I hadn't noticed but due to being lost in my thoughts, I had stopped dancing.

The young lady in front of me was clearly troubled by my strange behavior.

"Ah, I'm so sorry, miss. I got distracted thinking about something," I quickly apologized.

"Don't worry. Look, we can leave the dance here. You seem to have a lot to think about, don't you?"
